本次國際徵文大賽精心策劃三大主題，為全球青少年兒童搭建跨文化交流的文學橋樑。「與家鄉的故事」鼓勵他們深挖故土記憶，傳承本土文化，厚植家國情懷；「一次溫暖的相遇」引導他們發現人間善意，體悟共情力量，涵養包容品格；「科技改變我的生活」激發他們探索時代變遷，暢談科技體驗，培養創新思維。大賽不僅為青少年兒童提供展現文學才華的國際舞臺，提升語言表達與邏輯思辨能力，更推動不同文化背景的少年兒童在創作中交流互鑒，塑造積極向上的世界觀與價值觀。
The International Essay Competition has carefully designed three themes to build a literary bridge for cross-cultural exchange among young people and children around the world. "The Story of My Hometown" encourages them to explore their hometown memories in depth, inherit local culture, and foster a sense of family and national belonging; "A Warm Encounter" guides them to discover kindness in the world, perceive the power of empathy, and cultivate an inclusive character; "Technology Changes My Life" inspires them to explore the changes of the times, talk about technological experiences, and develop innovative thinking. The competition not only provides an international stage for young people and children to showcase their literary talents, improve their language expression and logical thinking abilities, but also promotes young people and children from different cultural backgrounds to exchange and learn from each other in creation, and shape a positive worldview and values.

"The Story of My Hometown"
From the snack stall wafting with tempting aromas at the alley entrance, to the bustling temple fairs during festivals; from the old banyan tree where you frolicked in childhood, to the old streets and lanes that witnessed your growth. Write down the little bonds between you and your hometown, turning the unique memories of your native land and deep homesickness into warm and touching words to tell your very own hometown story.

It might be a helping hand extended by a stranger, an encounter with a friend from afar, or a gentle moment spent with a small animal. Record that instant that warmed your heart, restore every detail of the meeting with sincere writing, and convey the purest kindness and warmth between people.

From online courses breaking the boundaries of space, to smart devices bringing convenience to daily life; from long-distance video calls connecting family members, to digital entertainment enriching after-school hours. Share the amazing changes brought by technology, experience the wonderful sparks sparked by the collision of technology and life, and talk freely about your own tech-infused life experience.

透過電話/電郵/Whatsapp/Wechat提交電子版。命名規則為：姓名+比賽主題+年齡組別。

比賽作品要求/Competition Entry Requirements：
1.參數者需圍繞比賽主題進行創作參賽作品，可同時參賽多個比賽主題。參賽作品必須由本人獨立製作完成，作品名：姓名-比賽主題-年齡組別。
2.參賽作品體裁不限，記敘文、議論文、散文、詩歌等均可。參賽作品文字語言不限，中文詩歌：字數不超過200字；中文其他體裁字數在300 - 1500之間。英文詩歌：單詞數不超過150個；英文其他體裁單詞數在200 - 800之間。作品可遞交電子版或手寫版，二者任選其一，但不得重複選擇。
3、若被發現涉非參賽者的本人作品，將被取消參賽資格；參賽作品如抵觸任何法例，一切法律責任將由參賽者承擔，本會概不負責；所有參賽作品不能含有不良意識或任何具爭議性及不恰當之內容。參賽作品不能含有宣傳商業或政治元素。
1、Participants must create works centered around the competition themes and may enter multiple themes. Works must be independently produced by the participant, with the title format: Name - Competition Theme - Age Group.
2、There are no restrictions on the genre of the entries, including narrative essays, argumentative essays, prose, and poetry. The language of the entries is not limited,Chinese poetry: No more than 200 characters;Other Chinese genres: Between 300 and 1500 characters;
English poetry: No more than 150 words.Other English genres: Between 200 and 800 words.Entries can be submitted in electronic or handwritten form, with one chosen but not both.
3、If it is found that an entry is not the participant's original work, the participant will be disqualified; if an entry violates any laws, all legal responsibilities will be borne by the participant, and the organization will not be held responsible. All entries must not contain inappropriate or controversial content, nor promote commercial or political elements.

For each competition category, the following individual awards will be given based on the scoring order：
冠軍：得分90分以上
Champion (Score of 90 or more)
亞軍：得分80分-90分
Runner-up (Score 80-90)
季軍：得分65分-80分
Third Place (Score 65-80)
優秀作品獎：得分65分以下
Outstanding Work Award (Score below 65 points)

根據團體（學校、畫室或老師為單位）參賽作品數量計算，報名超過5位小朋友，綜合評分較高的3個團體可免費獲得獎項。Based on the number of submissions from a group (school, art studio, or teacher), if more than five children from a group register, the three groups with the highest combined scores will receive awards for free.
作品必須由參賽者本人獨立完成，或在家長和指導老師的指導下獨立完成。All works must be completed independently by the participant or under the guidance of parents and instructors.
