本次國際墨韻國畫藝術大賽，以「墨韻傳薪、藝通中外」為核心理念，依托數字平臺搭建專業舞臺。首要目的在於傳承國畫千年墨韻精髓，諸如靈動的筆法韻律、雅致的墨色層次、意境悠遠的構圖章法，皆需藉由賽事推廣至全球，使傳統國畫藝術在國際視野中煥發時代新彩。通過嚴謹專業的評審機制，挖掘具備扎實筆墨功底、對國畫藝術有創新表達的國際藝術人才，為全球國畫創作領域注入新鮮活力。在賽事交流中，促進各國國畫創作者在專業層面深度對話，融合多元文化背景下的藝術理念，拓展國畫表現形式，助力提升全球對國畫專業藝術的認知、鑒賞與創作水平。
The International Ink Rhythm Chinese Painting Art Competition takes "Inheriting the Charm of Ink and Connecting Art at Home and Abroad" as its core philosophy and builds a professional stage relying on digital platforms. Its primary purpose is to inherit the essence of the thousand-year-old ink charm of traditional Chinese painting. For example, the vivid brush rhythm, elegant ink layering, and composition rules with a profound artistic conception all need to be promoted globally through the competition, enabling traditional Chinese painting art to radiate new vitality of the times from an international perspective. Through a rigorous and professional review mechanism, it aims to discover international artistic talents with solid brush and ink skills and innovative expressions in traditional Chinese painting art, injecting fresh vitality into the global field of traditional Chinese painting creation. In the competition exchanges, it promotes in-depth professional dialogue among traditional Chinese painting creators from various countries, integrates artistic concepts under diverse cultural backgrounds, expands the expression forms of traditional Chinese painting, and helps improve the global level of cognition, appreciation and creation of professional traditional Chinese painting art.

提交方式/Submission Method：
透過電話/電郵/Whatsapp/Wechat提交電子版。命名規則為：姓名+比賽主題+年齡組別。
Submit the digital version via phone/email/WhatsApp/WeChat. The naming convention is Name - Competition Theme - Age Group.

比賽作品要求/Competition Entry Requirements：
1、參賽作品需為參賽本人參賽作品，可使用參賽者其他比賽的參賽作品進行參賽。
2、畫作内容不限，可以是水、山、花鳥、樹木等，參賽作品紙張大小不限，豎幅或橫幅皆可。
3、若被發現涉非參賽者的本人作品，將被取消參賽資格；參賽作品如抵觸任何法例，一切法律責任將由參賽者承擔，本會概不負責；所有參賽作品不能含有不良意識或任何具爭議性及不恰當之內容。參賽作品不能含有宣傳商業或政治元素。
1. The entries must be the contestant's own entries. Participants can use entries from other competitions to participate.
2. The content of the painting is not limited, it can be water, mountains, flowers and birds, trees, etc. The size of the paper for the entry is not limited, both vertical and horizontal are acceptable.
3. If it is found that the work is not the contestant's own, the entry will be disqualified; if the entry violates any law, all legal responsibilities will be borne by the contestant, and the Association will not be responsible; all entries cannot contain bad ideas or any controversial and inappropriate content. The entry cannot contain commercial or political elements.

每個比賽組別，按得分順序設以下個人獎項
For each competition category, the following individual awards will be given based on the scoring order：
冠軍：得分90分以上
Champion (Score of 90 or more)
亞軍：得分80分-90分
Runner-up (Score 80-90)
季軍：得分65分-80分
Third Place (Score 65-80)
優秀作品獎：得分65分以下
Outstanding Work Award (Score below 65 points)

[Group Award - Excellence in Arts Education Award]
根據團體（學校、畫室或老師為單位）參賽作品數量計算，報名超過5位小朋友，綜合評分較高的3個團體可免費獲得獎項。Based on the number of submissions from a group (school, art studio, or teacher), if more than five children from a group register, the three groups with the highest combined scores will receive awards for free.
作品必須由參賽者本人獨立完成，或在家長和指導老師的指導下獨立完成。All works must be completed independently by the participant or under the guidance of parents and instructors.
