2026 World Youth Summer Coloring Competition – Season 2 is a top-tier international professional fine arts competition for teenagers. Exclusively hosted by the Global Youth Cultural and Art Talent Association, it is jointly co-organized by four authoritative international associations: Asia-Pacific Youth Cultural and Academic Association, International Youth and Children Education Association, Asia Youth Culture Association, and World Youth Talent Education Association. Empowered collectively by the five major international associations, the competition integrates global art instructors, international art exhibition resources and cross-border aesthetic education exchange channels, building a fair, professional, internationally recognized and high-value professional competitive platform for adolescent artistic creation.

比賽作品要求/Competition Entry Requirements：
1、每位參賽者只能提交一件夏日主題填色參賽作品圖片，使用A4紙打印創作。參賽作品需使用本屆大賽專屬夏日底稿創作，上色工具不限、畫面風格不限。
2、提交的填色參賽作品圖片需保證拍攝完整（圖片拍攝需清晰呈現底稿線條、上色肌理、空白加繪細節，無反光光斑、無後期濾鏡修色裁剪，單一作品完整拍攝後提交）、格式規範（參賽圖片格式為JPG/PNG，圖片分辨率不低於1080P，色彩模式標準RGB，單份文件大小不超過20MB；圖片素材無平台水印、無多餘雜物入鏡，真實還原紙面上色原始色彩與手繪狀態），以確保評委能夠全面、細緻地評判作品的各個細節。
3、本次比賽參賽者僅透過全球青少年文化藝術專才協會報名與遞交參賽作品，不開放第三方平台、個人渠道報名及作品遞交，所有參賽資格、作品收件皆由全球青少年文化藝術專才協會統一核驗管理。
1.Each participant is allowed to submit only one image of summer-themed coloring entry printed on A4 paper for creation. All entries must be created with the exclusive summer template of this competition, with no restrictions on coloring tools or painting styles.
2.Images of submitted coloring entries shall ensure complete shooting (the photograph shall clearly display template lines, coloring textures and additional hand-drawn details on blank areas; reflective glares, post-production filter color correction and cropping are not allowed; a full shot of the complete single artwork shall be submitted) and standardized formats (entries shall be in JPG/PNG format with a resolution of no less than 1080P, standard RGB color mode and a single file size not exceeding 20MB; images shall be free of platform watermarks and irrelevant stray objects in the frame, and truly restore the original painted colors and hand-drawn texture of the paper artwork), so that judges can conduct comprehensive and detailed evaluation of all details of the entries.
3.Participants of this competition shall only register and submit entry works via the Global Youth Cultural and Art Talent Association. Registration and work submission via third-party platforms or individual channels are not permitted. All participation qualifications and work collection shall be uniformly verified and managed by the Global Youth Cultural and Art Talent Association.
