本届國際青少年兒童繪畫大賽，立足全球藝術視域，打造專屬少年孩童的國際藝術舞台。賽事不設主題、不限畫種，全面包容手繪塗鴉、彩鉛創作、水彩暈染等常見創作形式。鼓勵參賽者以純真筆觸、繽紛層次色彩、自由構圖與獨特視角建構畫面，將童心想象、生活感悟與天馬行空的創意躍然紙上。賽事旨在解放孩童創作思維，挖掘原生藝術天賦，促進國際少年藝術交融，滋養審美素養，讓新生代創作力量肆意綻放。
Rooted in a global artistic vision, this International Youth and Children’s Painting Competition builds an exclusive international art platform for young creators. With no fixed theme or painting category restrictions, the competition embraces diverse mainstream creative forms, including hand drawing, graffiti, colored pencil art, and watercolor rendering. It encourages participants to construct vivid artwork through innocent brushstrokes, rich layered colors, free composition and unique perspectives, presenting childlike imagination, life perceptions and unrestrained creativity on paper. The competition aims to liberate young creators’ innovative thinking, explore their innate artistic talents, facilitate international artistic exchanges among teenagers, cultivate aesthetic literacy, and enable the creative power of the new generation to thrive vigorously.

比賽内容 Competition Content：
比賽不限主題，繪畫風格不限，紙張大小不限，可以使用水彩、油畫、鉛筆、蠟筆等繪畫用具。
There is no limitation on the theme of the competition, no limitation on the style of painting, no limitation on the size of the paper, and the use of watercolour, oil paint, pencil, crayon and other painting utensils is allowed.

提交方式/Submission Method：
透過電話/電郵/Whatsapp/Wechat提交電子版。命名規則為：姓名+年齡組別。
Submit the digital version via phone/email/WhatsApp/WeChat. The naming convention is Name - Age Group .

比賽作品要求/Competition Entry Requirements：
1、參賽作品為參賽者獨立完成或在指導老師指導下完成，每位參賽者只能遞交一份參賽作品，作品名：姓名-年齡組別。
2、比賽不限主題，繪畫風格不限，紙張大小不限，可以使用水彩、油畫、鉛筆、蠟筆等繪畫用具。
3、若被發現涉非參賽者的本人作品，將被取消參賽資格；參賽作品如抵觸任何法例，一切法律責任將由參賽者承擔，本會概不負責；所有參賽作品不能含有不良意識或任何具爭議性及不恰當之內容。參賽作品不能含有宣傳商業或政治元素。
1.Each participant can only submit one entry, with the name of the work: name - age group.

3.If it is found that the work is not the participant's own work, it will be disqualified; if the work violates any laws, all legal responsibilities will be borne by the participant, and the Association will not be responsible for it; all the entries must not contain any objectionable ideas or any controversial and inappropriate content. All entries must not contain any objectionable, controversial or inappropriate content. Entries must not contain any commercial or political elements.

每個比賽組別，按得分順序設以下個人獎項
For each competition category, the following individual awards will be given based on the scoring order：
冠軍：得分90分以上
Champion (Score of 90 or more)
亞軍：得分80分-90分
Runner-up (Score 80-90)
季軍：得分65分-80分
Third Place (Score 65-80)
優秀作品獎：得分65分以下
Outstanding Work Award (Score below 65 points)

[Group Award - Excellence in Arts Education Award]
根據團體（學校、畫室或老師為單位）參賽作品數量計算，報名超過5位小朋友，綜合評分較高的3個團體可免費獲得獎項。Based on the number of submissions from a group (school, art studio, or teacher), if more than five children from a group register, the three groups with the highest combined scores will receive awards for free.
作品必須由參賽者本人獨立完成，或在家長和指導老師的指導下獨立完成。All works must be completed independently by the participant or under the guidance of parents and instructors.
