賽事旨在傳承中華書法文化，培育兒童及青少年的書法修養與藝術素質，搭建國際性書法交流平台。軟筆書法藏露相間、墨韻流轉，楷隸行篆各有風致，墨分五色間見章法疏密，筆鋒輕重間蘊含人文底蘊；硬筆書法提按有度、線條挺括，筆畫精到間藏結構之美，欹正相稱中見書寫匠心。鼓勵參賽者臨帖悟法、練習筆力，以書載道，傳揚中華書法精髓，展現自身藝術潛質與人文修養。
The competition aims to inherit Chinese calligraphy culture, cultivate the calligraphic accomplishment and artistic quality of children and adolescents, and build an international platform for calligraphic exchange. Soft-brush calligraphy features a balance between concealed and exposed strokes, with flowing ink rhyme; regular script, clerical script, running script and seal script each have their own charm, showing the density of composition between the five shades of ink, and embodying humanistic connotation in the weight of brush strokes. Hard-brush calligraphy has proper lifting and pressing, straight and neat lines, with the beauty of structure hidden in precise strokes and the ingenuity of writing reflected in the balance between slant and upright. It encourages participants to learn from models to understand techniques, practice brush strength, convey morality through writing, promote the essence of Chinese calligraphy, and show their own artistic potential and humanistic accomplishment.

透過電話/電郵/Whatsapp/Wechat提交電子版。命名規則為：姓名+年齡組別。

比賽作品要求/Competition Entry Requirements：
1、參賽者自定比賽主題以及書寫内容比賽主題進行參賽，可使用其他比賽的參賽作品。作品名：姓名-年齡組別。一位參賽者只能遞交一份參賽作品。
2、參賽作品需為參賽者本人親筆書寫，參賽者可自行選擇以毛筆、鉛筆、藍色或黑色原子筆等書寫，書寫紙張不限，作品字體不限，語言不限。
3、紙張規定：硬筆書法使用紙張為A4大小，可軟筆書法使用紙張為宣紙。
4、清晰度與完整性：參賽者需要保證參賽作品的清晰度與完整度，以便評委進行準確、公正的評分。若因作品模糊、不完整或存在其他質量問題影響評分，責任由參賽者自行負責。
5、若被發現涉非參賽者的本人作品，將被取消參賽資格；參賽作品如抵觸任何法例，一切法律責任將由參賽者承擔，本會概不負責；所有參賽作品不能含有不良意識或任何具爭議性及不恰當之內容。參賽作品不能含有宣傳商業或政治元素。
1. Participants may independently determine the competition theme and writing content for their entries, and works from other competitions are acceptable. The work title should be formatted as: Name - Age Group. Each participant may submit only one entry.
2. All entries must be handwritten by the participants themselves. Participants may choose to write with a writing brush, pencil, blue or black ballpoint pen, etc. There are no restrictions on the writing paper, font style or language of the entries.
3. Paper Requirements: Hard-brush calligraphy works must be completed on A4-sized paper, while soft-brush calligraphy works must be completed on rice paper.
4. Clarity and Completeness: Participants must ensure the clarity and completeness of their entries to facilitate accurate and fair scoring by the judges. If the scoring is affected due to blurred, incomplete or other quality issues of the work, the participant shall bear full responsibility.
5. If an entry is found to be not handwritten by the participant, the participant will be disqualified. If an entry violates any laws and regulations, all legal responsibilities shall be borne by the participant, and the organizing committee shall not be liable. All entries must not contain harmful content, any controversial or inappropriate content, nor shall they contain commercial or political promotional elements.

每個比賽組別，按得分順序設以下個人獎項
For each competition category, the following individual awards will be given based on the scoring order：
冠軍：得分90分以上
Champion (Score of 90 or more)
亞軍：得分80分-90分
Runner-up (Score 80-90)
季軍：得分65分-80分
Third Place (Score 65-80)
優秀作品獎：得分65分以下
Outstanding Work Award (Score below 65 points)

根據團體（學校、畫室或老師為單位）參賽作品數量計算，報名超過5位小朋友，綜合評分較高的3個團體可免費獲得獎項。Based on the number of submissions from a group (school, art studio, or teacher), if more than five children from a group register, the three groups with the highest combined scores will receive awards for free.
作品必須由參賽者本人獨立完成，或在家長和指導老師的指導下獨立完成。All works must be completed independently by the participant or under the guidance of parents and instructors.
