賽事旨在激發兒童與青少年的想像力、創造力與文字表達素養，深耕文學審美與思辨能力。賽事劃分兩大參賽項目：原創故事創作組，不設主題與語言限制，鼓勵自由構思、獨立創作；故事改編與演繹組，可選取經典故事為基底，進行創意改寫、重構與多元演繹。以雙軌創作形式，豐富創作視野，促進國際文字愛好者交流，讓童心筆墨綻放無限創意與溫暖力量。
This competition aims to stimulate children and adolescents’ imagination, creativity and expressive competence, while fostering their literary aesthetics and critical thinking.The event consists of two categories: the Original Story Creation Group, with no restrictions on themes or languages to encourage independent conception and original writing; and the Story Adaptation & Interpretation Group, where participants may reconstruct and creatively reimagine classic tales through diverse artistic expressions.By offering dual creative pathways, the competition broadens creative horizons, facilitates international cultural exchanges among young creators, and empowers youthful imagination to radiate boundless creativity and heartfelt warmth.

透過電話/電郵/Whatsapp/Wechat提交電子版。命名規則為：姓名+年齡組別。

比賽作品要求/Competition Entry Requirements：
1、參賽作品為參賽者本人獨立完成，或在指導老師指導下完成，可以使用其他比賽的參賽作品進行參賽。作品名：姓名-年齡組別，每位參賽者只能遞交一份參賽作品。
2、參賽作品不限主題，可以為故事演講視頻或原創故事文字的創作，視頻限時5分鐘，故事文字創作語言不限。
3、原創故事創作組，參賽作品為原創故事，主題與語言均不設限制。故事改編與演繹組，參賽者可自行選定經典故事，進行改編、改寫或創意演繹。
4、若被發現涉非參賽者的本人作品，將被取消參賽資格；參賽作品如抵觸任何法例，一切法律責任將由參賽者承擔，本會概不負責；所有參賽作品不能含有不良意識或任何具爭議性及不恰當之內容。參賽作品不能含有宣傳商業或政治元素。

4.If it is found that the video is not the participant's own work, the entry will be disqualified; if the entry violates any laws, all legal responsibilities will be borne by the participant and the Association will not be responsible for it; all entries must not contain any objectionable or controversial content. All entries must not contain any objectionable, controversial or inappropriate content. Entries must not contain any commercial or political elements.

每個比賽組別，按得分順序設以下個人獎項
For each competition category, the following individual awards will be given based on the scoring order：
冠軍：得分90分以上
Champion (Score of 90 or more)
亞軍：得分80分-90分
Runner-up (Score 80-90)
季軍：得分65分-80分
Third Place (Score 65-80)
優秀作品獎：得分65分以下
Outstanding Work Award (Score below 65 points)

根據團體（學校、畫室或老師為單位）參賽作品數量計算，報名超過5位小朋友，綜合評分較高的3個團體可免費獲得獎項。Based on the number of submissions from a group (school, art studio, or teacher), if more than five children from a group register, the three groups with the highest combined scores will receive awards for free.
作品必須由參賽者本人獨立完成，或在家長和指導老師的指導下獨立完成。All works must be completed independently by the participant or under the guidance of parents and instructors.
