國際青少年及兒童管樂大賽，以培育管樂新生力量、推動國際藝術交流為核心目的。比賽為全球青少年及兒童搭建專業展示平台，鼓勵選手深耕長笛、單簧管、薩克斯風、圓號等西洋管樂器技藝，通過高規格競技打磨演奏細節、提升音樂表達力。同時，以樂為橋促進跨國文化交融，激發少年兒童對管樂藝術的熱忱，助力全球管樂教育生態繁榮，築就青少年音樂夢想的專業起點。
The International Youth and Children's Wind Instrument Competition is dedicated to nurturing emerging talent in wind music and fostering international artistic exchange. This event provides a professional showcase platform for young musicians worldwide, encouraging participants to deepen their mastery of Western wind instruments such as flute, clarinet, saxophone, and French horn. Through high-level competition, contestants refine their performance techniques and enhance their musical expression. Simultaneously, it fosters cross-cultural integration through music, ignites young enthusiasts' passion for wind artistry, and contributes to the global flourishing of wind music education—establishing a professional foundation for realizing young musicians' dreams.

幼兒組（2020年出生） Toddler Group (born in 2020)
幼童組（2019年出生） Young Child Group (born in 2019)
兒童組（2017-2018年出生） Children's Group (born in 2017-2018)
少兒組（2015-2016年出生） Youth Group (born in 2015-2016)
少年組（2013-2014年出生） Junior Group (born in 2013-2014)
青少年組（2010-2012年出生） Teen Group (born in 2010-2012)
青年組(2007-2009年出生） Young Adult Group (born in 2007-2009)
公開組(2006年或之前出生） Open Group (born in 2006 or earlier)
提交方式/Submission Method：
透過電話/電郵/Whatsapp/Wechat提交電子版。命名規則為：姓名+年齡組別。
Submit the digital version via phone/email/WhatsApp/WeChat. The naming convention is Name - Age Group.
評分標準/Grading Criteria：
演奏技巧精熟（30%）
音准节奏无误（25%）
音乐情感饱满（30%）
舞台仪态自信（15%）
Mastery of performance techniques (30 points)
Accurate pitch and rhythm (25 points)
Rich musical expression (30 points)
Confident stage presence (15 points)
比賽作品要求/Competition Entry Requirements：
1、參賽作品需為參賽本人參賽作品，可使用參賽者其他比賽的參賽作品進行參賽。
2、參賽作品可自選背景音樂或使用樂器伴奏，自選參賽曲目，參賽者可自行選擇背譜或看譜演奏(演奏必須使用正本琴譜)。
3、參賽作品需要清楚展示參賽者樣貌及手部演奏，影片須以定鏡拍攝。
4、影片必須為一鏡到底的拍攝原片，不得進行任何剪接及後期製作，不得加入特別效果，例如配樂、濾鏡、調色、調光、字幕或特別效果等，影片必須為現場收音，不接受後期配音處理。
5、若被發現涉非參賽者的本人作品，將被取消參賽資格；參賽作品如抵觸任何法例，一切法律責任將由參賽者承擔，本會概不負責；所有參賽作品不能含有不良意識或任何具爭議性及不恰當之內容。參賽作品不能含有宣傳商業或政治元素。
1. Entries must be submitted by the participant himself/herself, and may use the participant's entries from other competitions.
2. Entries can be accompanied by background music or musical instruments of your choice, and you may choose to memorise the music or play from the sheet music (the original sheet music must be used for the performance).
3. The video must clearly show the participant's face and hand performance, and must be filmed with a fixed lens.
4. The video must be shot in one take, without any editing or post-production, and without special effects such as music, filters, colour grading, lighting, subtitles or special effects, etc. The video must be recorded live, and no post-production dubbing will be accepted.
5. If any of the entries are found to be not the entrant's own work, the entry will be disqualified; if any of the entries contravene any laws or regulations, all legal liabilities will be borne by the entrant and the Association will not be responsible for such liabilities; all the entries must not contain any objectionable or controversial content. All entries must not contain any objectionable, controversial or inappropriate content. Entries must not contain any commercial or political elements.

[Individual Awards]
每個比賽組別，按得分順序設以下個人獎項
For each competition category, the following individual awards will be given based on the scoring order：
冠軍：得分90分以上
Champion (Score of 90 or more)
亞軍：得分80分-90分
Runner-up (Score 80-90)
季軍：得分65分-80分
Third Place (Score 65-80)
優秀作品獎：得分65分以下
Outstanding Work Award (Score below 65 points)

The trophy application can be chosen by oneself, and details can be understood through the award application.

*獎項將於結果公布後約三個月內送出。Awards will be sent out approximately three months after the results are announced.
*證書及獎項將以英語為本。Certificates and awards will be issued in English.

[Group Award - Excellence in Arts Education Award]
根據團體（學校、畫室或老師為單位）參賽作品數量計算，報名超過5位小朋友，綜合評分較高的3個團體可免費獲得獎項。Based on the number of submissions from a group (school, art studio, or teacher), if more than five children from a group register, the three groups with the highest combined scores will receive awards for free.
作品必須由參賽者本人獨立完成，或在家長和指導老師的指導下獨立完成。All works must be completed independently by the participant or under the guidance of parents and instructors.
