International Youth and Children’s Creative Writing Competition liberates children from the constraints of conventional creative frameworks. Whether it's a fantastical adventure dancing with fairies in dreams, the everyday joys of sharing snacks with classmates at desks, or wild imaginings of civilizations on distant planets in the cosmos—every tender yet sincere thought can freely blossom through the tip of a pen, transforming into chapters brimming with childlike innocence. The competition also builds bridges of literary exchange across nations, enabling young minds from diverse cultural backgrounds to engage in sincere dialogue through their works. Through mutual understanding and appreciation, they forge friendships that transcend borders. Simultaneously, it skillfully guides children to cultivate independent thinking and build self-confidence through creative expression. Moreover, it unearths promising new talents for the global literary scene, allowing the literary brilliance of youth to shine into every corner of the world.

比賽不限制主題，參賽者可自行確定主題進行創作。參賽作品語言不限，體裁不限。
The competition imposes no restrictions on themes; participants may freely choose their own subject matter for creation. Entries may be submitted in any language and in any genre.

透過電話/電郵/Whatsapp/Wechat提交電子版。命名規則為：姓名+年齡組別。
Submit the digital version via phone/email/WhatsApp/WeChat. The naming convention is Name - Age Group.

比賽作品要求/Competition Entry Requirements：
1.比賽不限制主題，參賽者可自行確定主題進行創作參賽作品。參賽作品必須由本人獨立製作完成，作品名：姓名-年齡組別。
2.參賽作品體裁不限，記敘文、議論文、散文、詩歌等均可。參賽作品文字語言不限，中文詩歌：字數不超過200字；中文其他體裁字數在300 - 1500之間。英文詩歌：單詞數不超過150個；英文其他體裁單詞數在200 - 800之間。作品可遞交電子版或手寫版，二者任選其一，但不得重複選擇。
3、若被發現涉非參賽者的本人作品，將被取消參賽資格；參賽作品如抵觸任何法例，一切法律責任將由參賽者承擔，本會概不負責；所有參賽作品不能含有不良意識或任何具爭議性及不恰當之內容。參賽作品不能含有宣傳商業或政治元素。
1. The competition has no theme restrictions; participants may choose their own themes for their submissions. All submissions must be independently created by the participant. The title of the work should be formatted as: Name - Age Group.
2. There are no genre restrictions for submissions; narrative essays, argumentative essays, prose, poetry, etc., are all acceptable. There are no restrictions on the language used in the entries. For Chinese poetry, the word count must not exceed 200 words; for other Chinese genres, the word count must be between 300 and 1,500 words. For English poetry, the word count must not exceed 150 words; for other English genres, the word count must be between 200 and 800 words. Entries may be submitted in either electronic or handwritten format, but only one format may be chosen, and entries may not be submitted in both formats.
3. If it is discovered that a work is not the original creation of the entrant, the entrant will be disqualified. If an entry violates any laws, the entrant will be solely responsible for any legal consequences, and the organizing committee will not be held liable. All entries must not contain any inappropriate, controversial, or objectionable content. Entries must not include any commercial or political promotional elements.

每個比賽組別，按得分順序設以下個人獎項
For each competition category, the following individual awards will be given based on the scoring order：
冠軍：得分90分以上
Champion (Score of 90 or more)
亞軍：得分80分-90分
Runner-up (Score 80-90)
季軍：得分65分-80分
Third Place (Score 65-80)
優秀作品獎：得分65分以下
Outstanding Work Award (Score below 65 points)

根據團體（學校、畫室或老師為單位）參賽作品數量計算，報名超過5位小朋友，綜合評分較高的3個團體可免費獲得獎項。Based on the number of submissions from a group (school, art studio, or teacher), if more than five children from a group register, the three groups with the highest combined scores will receive awards for free.
作品必須由參賽者本人獨立完成，或在家長和指導老師的指導下獨立完成。All works must be completed independently by the participant or under the guidance of parents and instructors.
