Centered on deepening literary narration and refining textual texture, this competition establishes a cross-linguistic creative platform for children and adolescents worldwide. Through comprehensive evaluation of writing dimensions including aesthetic construction, textual framework, imagery arrangement and logical narration, it guides participants to polish linguistic rhythm, develop narrative perspectives, and refine lyrical techniques as well as argumentative thinking. It fosters dialogue among young creators from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds, taps into innate writing talents, and cultivates literary sensibility and textual interpretative competence. Serving as a medium of creation, it conveys pluralistic humanistic visions, establishes standardized yet inspired literary aesthetics, and discovers emerging creators with solid writing proficiency and profound ideological cores for the global youth literary circle.

參賽作品文體不限，可提交多元文學創作。如敘事類、詩歌類、議論思辨類、創意文類、其他文學創作等。
Participants may submit literary works of any genre covering diverse forms of writing, including narrative texts, poetry, argumentative reflective writings, creative literary pieces and other literary creations.

透過電話/電郵/Whatsapp/Wechat提交電子版。命名規則為：姓名+年齡組別。

比賽作品要求/Competition Entry Requirements：
1、參賽作品為參賽者獨立完成或在指導老師指導下完成，每位參賽者只能遞交一份參賽作品，作品名：姓名-年齡組別。
2、參賽作品體裁不限，内容不限，語言不限；作品内容可以為敘事類、詩歌類、議論思辨類、創意文類、其他文學創作等，但作品内容需為正面積極向上。參賽者可自行選擇遞交手寫參賽作品或電子文檔參賽作品，但每位參賽者只能遞交一種形式。
3、若被發現涉非參賽者的本人作品，將被取消參賽資格；參賽作品如抵觸任何法例，一切法律責任將由參賽者承擔，本會概不負責；所有參賽作品不能含有不良意識或任何具爭議性及不恰當之內容。參賽作品不能含有宣傳商業或政治元素。
1.All entries shall be completed independently by participants or under the guidance of tutors. Each participant may submit only one entry, which shall be named in the format: Name – Age Group.
2.Entries are unrestricted in genre, theme and language, covering narratives, poetry, argumentative reflective writings, creative literary works and other literary creations, provided that all content remains positive and uplifting. Participants may opt to submit either handwritten manuscripts or digital documents, yet only one format is permitted per participant.
3.Any participant found submitting non-original work will be disqualified. Should any entry violate relevant laws and regulations, all corresponding legal liabilities shall be borne solely by the participant, and the Organizing Committee shall not assume any responsibility. Entries must not contain harmful ideology, controversial or inappropriate content, nor any commercial promotion or political elements.

For each competition category, the following individual awards will be given based on the scoring order：
冠軍：得分90分以上
Champion (Score of 90 or more)
亞軍：得分80分-90分
Runner-up (Score 80-90)
季軍：得分65分-80分
Third Place (Score 65-80)
優秀作品獎：得分65分以下
Outstanding Work Award (Score below 65 points)

根據團體（學校、畫室或老師為單位）參賽作品數量計算，報名超過5位小朋友，綜合評分較高的3個團體可免費獲得獎項。Based on the number of submissions from a group (school, art studio, or teacher), if more than five children from a group register, the three groups with the highest combined scores will receive awards for free.
作品必須由參賽者本人獨立完成，或在家長和指導老師的指導下獨立完成。All works must be completed independently by the participant or under the guidance of parents and instructors.
