賽事以推廣故事文化、激發兒童表達潛能為核心，鼓勵世界各地兒童勇於展現語言魅力與想像力。參賽作品不設主題限制，經典故事演繹或原創故事創作皆可，文字創作語言不拘，演講視頻時長限五分鐘。期望透過多元的故事表達形式，培養兒童的口語表達能力、邏輯思維與文化視野，搭建跨文化交流的童聲平臺，讓每個孩子都能在講述中收穫自信與成長。
The competition centers on promoting storytelling culture and unlocking children's expressive potential, encouraging young participants worldwide to boldly showcase the charm of language and the power of imagination. Entries are open to all themes, whether reinterpretations of classic tales or original creations. Language restrictions are lifted for written submissions, while speech videos must not exceed five minutes. By embracing diverse storytelling formats, the competition aims to cultivate children's oral expression skills, logical thinking, and cultural awareness. It builds a platform for cross-cultural exchange through young voices, empowering every child to gain confidence and grow through the act of narration.

提交方式/Submission Method：
透過電話/電郵/Whatsapp/Wechat提交電子版。命名規則為：姓名+年齡組別。
Submit the digital version via phone/email/WhatsApp/WeChat. The naming convention is Name - Age Group.

比賽作品要求/Competition Entry Requirements：
1、參賽作品為參賽者本人獨立完成，或在指導老師指導下完成，可以使用其他比賽的參賽作品進行參賽。作品名：姓名-年齡組別，每位參賽者只能遞交一份參賽作品。
2、參賽作品不限主題，可以為經典故事演講視頻或原創故事演講，視頻限時5分鐘，故事文字創作語言不限。
3、若被發現涉非參賽者的本人作品，將被取消參賽資格；參賽作品如抵觸任何法例，一切法律責任將由參賽者承擔，本會概不負責；所有參賽作品不能含有不良意識或任何具爭議性及不恰當之內容。參賽作品不能含有宣傳商業或政治元素。
1. Entries must be completed independently or under the guidance of an instructor. Entries from other competitions may be used for the competition. Entry name: name - age group, each participant can only submit one entry.Each participant can only submit one entry.
2. Entries may cover any theme and can be either classic story narration videos or original story narrations. Videos must be limited to 5 minutes in length, and the language used for written story submissions is unrestricted.
3.If it is found that the video is not the participant's own work, the entry will be disqualified; if the entry violates any laws, all legal responsibilities will be borne by the participant and the Association will not be responsible for it; all entries must not contain any objectionable or controversial content. All entries must not contain any objectionable, controversial or inappropriate content. Entries must not contain any commercial or political elements.

每個比賽組別，按得分順序設以下個人獎項
For each competition category, the following individual awards will be given based on the scoring order：
冠軍：得分90分以上
Champion (Score of 90 or more)
亞軍：得分80分-90分
Runner-up (Score 80-90)
季軍：得分65分-80分
Third Place (Score 65-80)
優秀作品獎：得分65分以下
Outstanding Work Award (Score below 65 points)

根據團體（學校、畫室或老師為單位）參賽作品數量計算，報名超過5位小朋友，綜合評分較高的3個團體可免費獲得獎項。Based on the number of submissions from a group (school, art studio, or teacher), if more than five children from a group register, the three groups with the highest combined scores will receive awards for free.
作品必須由參賽者本人獨立完成，或在家長和指導老師的指導下獨立完成。All works must be completed independently by the participant or under the guidance of parents and instructors.
