本次國際青少年兒童詩詞背誦大賽，旨在以中西方詩歌經典為橋，重燃新生代對多元文化的熱愛。中華詩詞里，古風渾厚質樸，訴說先民情懷；律詩格律精嚴，平仄間見典雅；絕句短小精悍，數語勾勒悠遠意境；宋詞或婉約纏綿，或豪放灑脫。西方詩作中，十四行詩結構精巧、韻律和諧；史詩恢弘磅礴，吟詠英雄傳奇；抒情詩直抒胸臆，袒露真摯情愫。願參賽者在背誦間領略雙方詩韻之美，讓千年經典與西洋佳篇，在當代社會持續綻放文化光華。
International Youth and Children's Poetry Recitation Competition aims to take the classics of Chinese and Western poetry as a bridge, rekindling the younger generation’s passion for multiculturalism.In classical Chinese poetry, ancient styles exude profound simplicity, echoing the sentiments of ancestors; regulated verses boast rigorous metrics, embodying elegance in the interplay of level and oblique tones; quatrains, concise yet powerful, depict profound artistic conceptions with just a few lines; Ci poetry of the Song Dynasty is either gentle and lingering or bold and unrestrained.In Western poetry, sonnets feature exquisite structures and harmonious rhymes; epics are grand and magnificent, chanting heroic legends; lyrical poems express heartfelt emotions directly, revealing sincere feelings.May all participants appreciate the beauty of poetic charm from both traditions through recitation, allowing millennium-old classics and Western masterpieces to continue radiating cultural brilliance in contemporary society.

提交方式/Submission Method：
透過電話/電郵/Whatsapp/Wechat提交電子版。命名規則為：姓名+年齡組別。
Submit the digital version via phone/email/WhatsApp/WeChat. The naming convention is Name - Age Group.

比賽作品要求/Competition Entry Requirements：
1、參賽影片需參賽者本人出境，參數影片必須清楚拍攝參賽者的面容、手部肢體。
2、背誦題材可以為中華詩詞或西方詩歌，作品限時5分鐘，參賽者至少完成一首詩詞的背誦，背誦前參賽者需自報詩歌名以及作者名，每位參賽者只能遞交一份參賽作品。
3、參賽作品必須以 AVI、MPEG、MOV、WMV 或 MP4 格式，不得剪接，畫面及音量必須清晰。
4、若被發現涉非參賽者的本人作品，將被取消參賽資格；參賽作品如抵觸任何法例，一切法律責任將由參賽者承擔，本會概不負責；所有參賽作品不能含有不良意識或任何具爭議性及不恰當之內容。參賽作品不能含有宣傳商業或政治元素。
1、The video must be made by the participant himself/herself, and the parameter video must clearly capture the participant's face, hands and limbs.
2, The recitation may include Chinese poetry or Western poetry, works limited to 5 minutes, the participants to complete at least one poem recitation, recitation before the participants need to self-report the name of the poem and the name of the author, each participant can only submit one entry.
3.Each participant can only submit one piece of work. The work must be in AVI, MPEG, MOV, WMV or MP4 format, no editing, and the picture and volume must be clear.
4. If the work is found to be not the participant's own work, it will be disqualified; if the work violates any laws, all legal liabilities will be borne by the participant, and the Association will not be responsible for it; all entries must not contain any objectionable or controversial content. All entries must not contain any objectionable or inappropriate content. Entries must not contain any commercial or political elements.

每個比賽組別，按得分順序設以下個人獎項
For each competition category, the following individual awards will be given based on the scoring order：
冠軍：得分90分以上
Champion (Score of 90 or more)
亞軍：得分80分-90分
Runner-up (Score 80-90)
季軍：得分65分-80分
Third Place (Score 65-80)
優秀作品獎：得分65分以下
Outstanding Work Award (Score below 65 points)

根據團體（學校、畫室或老師為單位）參賽作品數量計算，報名超過5位小朋友，綜合評分較高的3個團體可免費獲得獎項。Based on the number of submissions from a group (school, art studio, or teacher), if more than five children from a group register, the three groups with the highest combined scores will receive awards for free.
作品必須由參賽者本人獨立完成，或在家長和指導老師的指導下獨立完成。All works must be completed independently by the participant or under the guidance of parents and instructors.
