The organization will send awards and certificates (if chosen for production) by mail within approximately 90 working days after the official results are announced.

In today's rapidly changing world, short videos have become an important medium for expression and communication. This event aims to promote global cultural exchange and encourages participants to showcase the diverse humanistic charm and urban scenery through short videos.
On this platform, participants can explore the theme of artistic craftsmanship inheritance, blending tradition with modernity. They can also share heartwarming stories from their surroundings, allowing audiences to feel the brilliance of humanity. Additionally, participants may engage in reinterpretations of their favorite works, breathing new life into classics and showcasing limitless creativity.
Through these works, we hope to inspire participants' creativity, allowing each story to resonate emotionally, connect different cultures, and create an international stage filled with inspiration and resonance.

比賽形式/Competition Format：拍攝參賽影片參賽，影片限時3分鐘，於協會網站上傳參賽作品。
Shoot a 3-minute video for the competition and upload it on the Association's website.
若文件超過15MB，可通過Email:admin@iycea.org上傳。

提交方式/Submission Method：
透過電話/電郵/Whatsapp/Wechat提交電子版，檔案可以為視頻格式。命名規則為：姓名++比賽項目+年齡組別。
Submit the digital version via phone/email/WhatsApp/WeChat. The file can be in video format. The naming convention is Name - Competition Category - Age Group.

比賽作品要求/Competition Entry Requirements：
1、參賽作品主題不限，可以是人文介紹、城市風情、身邊溫暖故事、所喜愛榜樣的作品二次創作等，但需為參賽者本人原創作品，8歲以下的參賽者可在家長陪同下進行創作，作品可在一定程度上使用網絡素材，可使用其他比賽的參賽作品進行參賽。
2、參賽作品支持MP4、MOV等常見格式，參賽作品的時長須在3分鐘內，作品可選擇是否使用旁白，旁白語言可選用英語、普通話、粵語，作品名：姓名-年齡組別。
3、若被發現涉非參賽者的本人作品，將被取消參賽資格；參賽作品如抵觸任何法例，一切法律責任將由參賽者承擔，本會概不負責；所有參賽作品不能含有不良意識或任何具爭議性及不恰當之內容。參賽作品不能含有宣傳商業或政治元素。
1、Themes of the entries are not limited, they can be humanistic introduction, city flavor, warm stories around us, secondary creations of favorite models, etc. However, they must be original works created by the participants themselves, and participants under the age of 8 can be accompanied by their parents to create their own works, and the works can be used to a certain extent with network materials, and they can use the entries from other competitions for the competition.
2. The works can be in MP4, MOV and other common formats. The length of the works must be within 3 minutes, and the works can be narrated in English, Putonghua or Cantonese, and the name of the work should be: name - age group.
3. If any of the entries are found to be not the entrant's own work, the entry will be disqualified; if any of the entries violates any laws, the entrant will be held legally responsible and the Association will not be held responsible for any legal liabilities; all the entries must not contain any objectionable or controversial content. All entries must not contain any objectionable or inappropriate content. Entries must not contain any commercial or political elements.

每個比賽組別，按得分順序設以下個人獎項
For each competition category, the following individual awards will be given based on the scoring order：
冠軍（每個組別前10%）
Champion (Top 10% of each category)
亞軍（每個組別前11%~25%）
Runner-up (Top 11%~25% of each category)
季軍（每個組別前26%~40%）
Third Place (Top 26%~40% of each category)
優秀作品獎（其餘分數者）
Outstanding Work Award (Remaining participants)

*獎杯申請可自行選擇，詳情可通過獎項申請進行了解。
The trophy application can be chosen by oneself, and details can be understood through the award application.

*證書及獎項將以英語為本。Certificates and awards will be issued in English.

根據團體（學校、畫室或老師為單位）參賽作品數量計算，報名超過5位小朋友，綜合評分較高的3個團體可免費獲得獎項。Based on the number of submissions from a group (school, art studio, or teacher), if more than five children from a group register, the three groups with the highest combined scores will receive awards for free.
作品必須由參賽者本人獨立完成，或在家長和指導老師的指導下獨立完成。All works must be completed independently by the participant or under the guidance of parents and instructors.
