本次國際青少年兒童時裝設計大賽，旨在以服裝為載體，激發新生代的創意天賦與美育素養。鼓勵孩子們萃取中華傳統服飾的繡藝、圖騰精髓，融入現代設計語言；同時汲取西方時尚的剪裁巧思與多元風格，實現文化的碰撞與共生。為青少年兒童搭建展示才華的國際平台，引導他們在設計中探索傳承與創新，表達對生活、生態與未來的獨特思考，在美育浸潤中培育文化包容心與創新思維，孕育未來設計新星。
The International Youth and Children's Fashion Design Competition aims to take clothing as a carrier to inspire the creative talents and aesthetic literacy of the new generation. It encourages children to extract the essence of embroidery techniques and totems from traditional Chinese costumes and integrate them into modern design language; meanwhile, to absorb the tailoring ingenuity and diverse styles of Western fashion, realizing the collision and symbiosis of cultures. The competition builds an international platform for young people to showcase their talents, guiding them to explore inheritance and innovation in design, express their unique perspectives on life, ecology and the future, cultivate cultural inclusiveness and innovative thinking through aesthetic edification, and nurture future design stars.

作品形式 Form of Entries：
參賽作品須基於比賽官網頁面下載的空白設計模板完成，創作形式可選擇平面繪畫創作或布料剪貼創作，作品需完整呈現服裝設計的核心元素（款式結構、色彩搭配、材質體現等）。
Entries must be completed based on the blank design template downloaded from the official competition webpage. Participants may choose either flat painting creation or fabric collage creation as the form of expression. Works shall fully present the core elements of fashion design (such as style structure, color matching, and material representation).

透過電話/電郵/Whatsapp/Wechat提交電子版。命名規則為：姓名+年齡組別。
Submit the digital version via phone/email/WhatsApp/WeChat. The naming convention is Name - Age Group.

比賽作品要求/Competition Entry Requirements：
1、參賽作品需由參賽者獨立完成或在指導老師的指導下完成，不得使用其他參賽者的參賽作品。作品名：姓名-年齡組別。
2、參賽者在比賽頁面自行下載服裝設計的模板（A4白紙打印），并在模板上進行創作設計，作品形式可以為平面繪圖、立體剪貼等。
3、若被發現涉非參賽者的本人作品，將被取消參賽資格；參賽作品如抵觸任何法例，一切法律責任將由參賽者承擔，本會概不負責；所有參賽作品不能含有不良意識或任何具爭議性及不恰當之內容。參賽作品不能含有宣傳商業或政治元素。
1.Entries must be independently completed by participants or finished under the guidance of instructors. No use of other participants' works is allowed. Entry naming format: Name-Age Group.
2.Participants shall download the fashion design template (printed on A4 white paper) from the competition page and create their designs on the template. Accepted entry forms include flat drawing, three-dimensional collage, etc.
3.Any entry proven to be non-original (not created by the participant) will result in disqualification. If an entry violates any laws or regulations, all legal liabilities shall be borne by the participant, and the organizing committee shall not be held responsible. All entries must not contain inappropriate content, controversial material, or harmful ideologies, nor shall they include commercial promotions or political elements.

每個比賽組別，按得分順序設以下個人獎項
For each competition category, the following individual awards will be given based on the scoring order：
冠軍：得分90分以上
Champion (Score of 90 or more)
亞軍：得分80分-90分
Runner-up (Score 80-90)
季軍：得分65分-80分
Third Place (Score 65-80)
優秀作品獎：得分65分以下
Outstanding Work Award (Score below 65 points)

根據團體（學校、畫室或老師為單位）參賽作品數量計算，報名超過5位小朋友，綜合評分較高的3個團體可免費獲得獎項。Based on the number of submissions from a group (school, art studio, or teacher), if more than five children from a group register, the three groups with the highest combined scores will receive awards for free.
作品必須由參賽者本人獨立完成，或在家長和指導老師的指導下獨立完成。All works must be completed independently by the participant or under the guidance of parents and instructors.
