當音樂淌過耳際，肢體便成了會說話的光 —— 本賽事願為舞者撐起一片綻放靈魂的天地。可讓芭蕾的足尖輕點舞台，以阿拉貝斯克的舒展，將月光般的優雅揉進每個轉圈；可讓現代舞的軀體貼近地面，憑收放間的張力，把心底的潮涌化為流動的弧線；亦可讓爵士的律動踩准節拍，用胯部的切分與擺動，綻放陽光般的熱烈。盼舞者在不同舞種中打磨技藝，讓每一次騰躍與沉墜，都成為與音樂共振的詩行。
When music flows through the ears, the body becomes a speaking light—this competition is dedicated to providing dancers with a stage to bloom their souls. Dancers may let the toes of ballet lightly touch the stage, blending moonlight-like elegance into every turn with the extension of arabesques; they may let the body of contemporary dance lean close to the ground, turning the surges of the heart into flowing curves through the tension of contraction and release; they may also let the rhythm of jazz step in time, blooming sunshine-like enthusiasm with the syncopation and sway of the hips. It is hoped that dancers will polish their skills across different dance styles, making every leap and descent a line of poetry that resonates with music.

透過電話/電郵/Whatsapp/Wechat提交電子版。命名規則為：姓名+年齡組別。

比賽作品要求/Competition Entry Requirements：
1、參賽作品需為參賽者本人出境，可以使用參賽者其他比賽的參賽作品進行參賽。
2、參賽作品舞種不限，如：芭蕾、民族舞、現代舞、HIP-POP、爵士舞、國標舞、兒童舞等，可以為獨舞、多人舞參賽。
3、參賽作品需為一鏡到底，不得經過後期編輯剪輯、添加特效等行爲，參賽作品限時5分鐘，若參賽作品超過15MB，請選額Email或Whatsapp進行遞交作品，作品名：姓名-年齡組別。
4、若被發現涉非參賽者的本人作品，將被取消參賽資格；參賽作品如抵觸任何法例，一切法律責任將由參賽者承擔，本會概不負責；所有參賽作品不能含有不良意識或任何具爭議性及不恰當之內容。參賽作品不能含有宣傳商業或政治元素。

4.If it is found that the work is not the participant's own work, it will be disqualified; if the work violates any laws, all legal responsibilities will be borne by the participant, and the Association will not be responsible for it; all the entries must not contain any objectionable or any controversial and inappropriate content. 每個比賽組別，按得分順序設以下個人獎項
For each competition category, the following individual awards will be given based on the scoring order：
冠軍：得分90分以上
Champion (Score of 90 or more)
亞軍：得分80分-90分
Runner-up (Score 80-90)
季軍：得分65分-80分
Third Place (Score 65-80)
優秀作品獎：得分65分以下
Outstanding Work Award (Score below 65 points)

根據團體（學校、畫室或老師為單位）參賽作品數量計算，報名超過5位小朋友，綜合評分較高的3個團體可免費獲得獎項。Based on the number of submissions from a group (school, art studio, or teacher), if more than five children from a group register, the three groups with the highest combined scores will receive awards for free.
作品必須由參賽者本人獨立完成，或在家長和指導老師的指導下獨立完成。All works must be completed independently by the participant or under the guidance of parents and instructors.
