The organization will send awards and certificates (if chosen for production) by mail within approximately 90 working days after the official results are announced.
賽事致力於提升青少年中英文語言表達與溝通素養，強化邏輯結構、語氣節奏、肢體語言、情感表達等專業演講能力。透過雙語演講實踐，培養清晰論述、臨場反應與舞台魅力，引導選手建立自信與國際視野。以語言為橋樑，以表達為力量，拓展文化視野，鍛鍊思辨與溝通技巧，為青少年搭建專業、公正、國際化的展示舞台。
The competition is committed to improving teenagers' Chinese and English language expression and communication literacy, and strengthening professional speech abilities such as logical structure, tone rhythm, body language and emotional expression. Through bilingual speech practice, it cultivates clear argumentation, on-site response and stage charm, and guides participants to establish self-confidence and an international perspective. With language as the bridge and expression as the power, it expands cultural horizons, exercises critical thinking and communication skills, and builds a professional, fair and international display stage for teenagers.

比賽形式/Competition Format：拍攝參賽影片參賽，影片限時5分鐘，於協會網站上傳參賽作品。
Record a video for your entry, with a duration limited to 5 minutes, and upload the work on the association's website.
若文件超過15MB，可通過Email:admin@iycea.org上傳。

提交方式/Submission Method：
透過電話/電郵/Whatsapp/Wechat提交電子版。命名規則為：姓名+年齡組別。
Submit the digital version via phone/email/WhatsApp/WeChat. The naming convention is Name - Age Group.

比賽作品要求/Competition Entry Requirements：
1、參賽作品為參賽者本人作品，可以在指導老師指導下完成，可以使用參賽者本人其他比賽的參賽作品進行參賽。作品名：姓名-年齡組別。
2、作品語言為中文/英文，語言由參賽者自行選擇，演講主題不限，每位參賽者只能遞交一份參賽作品進行參賽。
3、若被發現涉非參賽者的本人作品，將被取消參賽資格；參賽作品如抵觸任何法例，一切法律責任將由參賽者承擔，本會概不負責；所有參賽作品不能含有不良意識或任何具爭議性及不恰當之內容。參賽作品不能含有宣傳商業或政治元素。
1. Entries must be the original works of the participants themselves. They can be completed under the guidance of instructors, and participants may use their own works from other competitions for this competition. Work Name: Name - Age Group.
2. The language of the work shall be Chinese or English, and the language shall be chosen by the participant. There is no restriction on the speech theme, and each participant may only submit one entry for the competition.
3. If an entry is found to be non-original (not created by the participant), the participant will be disqualified. If an entry violates any laws and regulations, all legal liabilities shall be borne by the participant, and the organizing committee shall not be liable. All entries shall not contain bad consciousness or any controversial and inappropriate content. Entries shall not contain commercial or political promotional elements.

[Individual Awards]
每個比賽組別，按得分順序設以下個人獎項
For each competition category, the following individual awards will be given based on the scoring order：
冠軍：得分90分以上
Champion (Score of 90 or more)
亞軍：得分80分-90分
Runner-up (Score 80-90)
季軍：得分65分-80分
Third Place (Score 65-80)
優秀作品獎：得分65分以下
Outstanding Work Award (Score below 65 points)

The trophy application can be chosen by oneself, and details can be understood through the award application.

*證書及獎項將以英語為本。Certificates and awards will be issued in English.

[Group Award - Excellence in Arts Education Award]
根據團體（學校、畫室或老師為單位）參賽作品數量計算，報名超過5位小朋友，綜合評分較高的3個團體可免費獲得獎項。Based on the number of submissions from a group (school, art studio, or teacher), if more than five children from a group register, the three groups with the highest combined scores will receive awards for free.
作品必須由參賽者本人獨立完成，或在家長和指導老師的指導下獨立完成。All works must be completed independently by the participant or under the guidance of parents and instructors.
