本大賽旨在為全球青少年兒童打造一個展現手工創作才華的國際舞台，鼓勵他們以雙手探索材料的無限可能，表達獨特想法與生活體驗。通過剪貼、編織、雕塑等多樣形式，培養孩子們的動手能力、空間思維與創新精神，促進不同文化背景下的藝術交流與理解。比賽不設主題限制，讓青少年兒童自由釋放靈感，同時增強其耐心與自信心，推動兒童手工教育發展，發掘兼具巧思與匠心的未來創意人才。
The competition aims to create an international stage for children and young people around the world to show their talents in handcrafts, encouraging them to explore the infinite possibilities of materials with their hands and express their unique ideas and life experiences. Through cutting and pasting, knitting, sculpting and other forms, the competition aims to cultivate children's manual skills, spatial thinking and creativity, and to promote artistic exchanges and understanding among different cultures. There are no restrictions on the themes of the competition, allowing children and young people to freely release their inspiration, and at the same time enhancing their patience and self-confidence, promoting the development of children's handcraft education and discovering future creative talents with both ingenuity and craftsmanship.

比賽作品要求/Competition Entry Requirements：
1、參賽作品須為參賽者獨立完成或在指導老師指導下完成。可以使用其他比賽的參賽作品，作品名：姓名-年齡組別。
2、作品尺寸不限，材質不限，可以為平面作品或立體作品，每位參賽者只能遞交一份參賽作品。
3、若被發現涉非參賽者的本人作品，將被取消參賽資格；參賽作品如抵觸任何法例，一切法律責任將由參賽者承擔，本會概不負責；所有參賽作品不能含有不良意識或任何具爭議性及不恰當之內容。參賽作品不能含有宣傳商業或政治元素。
1. Entries must be completed by the participants independently or under the guidance of an instructor. Entries from other competitions can be used. The name of the entry should be: Name - Age Group.

3、If the work is found to be not the participant's own work, it will be disqualified; if the work violates any laws, all legal responsibilities will be borne by the participant, and the Association will not be responsible for it; all the entries must not contain any objectionable or controversial content or inappropriate content. 每個比賽組別，按得分順序設以下個人獎項
For each competition category, the following individual awards will be given based on the scoring order：
冠軍：得分90分以上
Champion (Score of 90 or more)
亞軍：得分80分-90分
Runner-up (Score 80-90)
季軍：得分65分-80分
Third Place (Score 65-80)
優秀作品獎：得分65分以下
Outstanding Work Award (Score below 65 points)

[Group Award - Excellence in Arts Education Award]
根據團體（學校、畫室或老師為單位）參賽作品數量計算，報名超過5位小朋友，綜合評分較高的3個團體可免費獲得獎項。Based on the number of submissions from a group (school, art studio, or teacher), if more than five children from a group register, the three groups with the highest combined scores will receive awards for free.
作品必須由參賽者本人獨立完成，或在家長和指導老師的指導下獨立完成。All works must be completed independently by the participant or under the guidance of parents and instructors.
