The organization will send awards and certificates (if chosen for production) by mail within approximately 90 working days after the official results are announced.
故事是一種無形的橋樑，能跨越文化與時間的界限，連結我們每個人。這次活動旨在激發全球參賽者的創意潛力，通過故事分享促進文化交流與理解。參賽者可以講述個人經歷、社會議題、文化傳承以及童話故事等多元主題，讓每個故事展現獨特的視角與情感。這是一個讓參賽者自由表達自我的平台，無論是深刻的社會反思，還是充滿童趣的幻想故事，都能在此找到屬於自己的舞台。透過聲音與情感的傳遞，我們希望每位參賽者的故事都能觸動聽眾的心靈，連結不同的文化與經歷，共同編織出一幅多彩的故事畫卷。
Stories are an invisible bridge that connects us across cultures and time. This event aims to stimulate the creative potential of participants from all over the world and promote cultural exchange and understanding through storytelling. Participants can tell stories on a wide range of topics, including personal experiences, social issues, cultural heritage, and fairy tales, allowing each story to present a unique perspective and emotion. This is a platform for participants to express themselves freely, whether it is a deep reflection on society or a childish fantasy story, they can find their own stage here. Through the transmission of voices and emotions, we hope that each participant's story will touch the hearts of the audience, connecting different cultures and experiences, and weaving together a colorful picture of storytelling.

比賽形式/Competition Format：拍攝參賽影片參賽，影片限時5分鐘。於協會網站上傳參賽作品。Record a video for your entry, with a duration limited to 5 minutes,and upload the work on the association's website.
若文件超過15MB，可通過Email:admin@iycea.org上傳。

提交方式/Submission Method：
透過電話/電郵/Whatsapp/Wechat提交電子版，檔案可以為視頻格式。命名規則為：姓名+年齡組別。
Submit the digital version via phone/email/WhatsApp/WeChat. The file can be in video format. The naming convention is Name +Age Group.

比賽作品要求/Competition Entry Requirements：
1、參賽作品要求為參賽者本人出鏡，整段影片須清楚顯示參賽者之樣貌及動作。參賽者可以使用其他比賽的參賽作品進行參賽。作品名：姓名-年齡組別。
2、參賽作品内容可為個人經歷、社會議題、文化傳承、童話故事等，此次比賽鼓勵多元表達。
3、參賽作品需要為一鏡到底，拍攝影片時，應保持拍攝鏡頭穩定，應定鏡拍攝，不應移動鏡頭。影片必須是現場收音，不可配音,限時5分鐘以内，不得加入特別效果，例如配樂、音響、圖片、文本、濾鏡、過渡、調色、調光、字幕或特別效果等，亦不得進行任何剪接及後期製作。
4、作品需以常規視頻格式遞交，若視頻超過15MB，請選擇Email或Whatsapp遞交作品。
5、若被發現涉非參賽者的本人作品，將被取消參賽資格；參賽作品如抵觸任何法例，一切法律責任將由參賽者承擔，本會概不負責；所有參賽作品不能含有不良意識或任何具爭議性及不恰當之內容。參賽作品不能含有宣傳商業或政治元素。
1. Entries must be filmed by the participant himself/herself, and the entire video must clearly show the participant's appearance and movements. Contestants can use other contest entries to participate in the contest. Entry Name: Name - Age Group.
2. The content of the video can be personal experience, social issue, cultural heritage, fairy tale, etc. The competition encourages diversified expressions.
3. All entries must be shot in one shot. When shooting the video, the camera should be kept steady, and the camera should be fixed and should not be shifted. The video must be recorded live, no dubbing, limited to 5 minutes or less, no special effects, such as music, sound, pictures, text, filters, transitions, color grading, lighting, subtitles or special effects, etc., and no editing or post-production is allowed.
4. Entries must be submitted in regular video format. If the video exceeds 15MB, please choose Email or Whatsapp to submit your entry.
5、If it is found that the video is not the participant's own work, it will be disqualified; if the video violates any laws, all legal responsibilities will be borne by the participant, and the Association will not be responsible for it; all the entries must not contain any objectionable or controversial content. All entries must not contain any objectionable, controversial or inappropriate content. Entries must not contain any commercial or political elements.

每個比賽組別，按得分順序設以下個人獎項
For each competition category, the following individual awards will be given based on the scoring order：
冠軍（每個組別前10%）
Champion (Top 10% of each category)
亞軍（每個組別前11%~25%）
Runner-up (Top 11%~25% of each category)
季軍（每個組別前26%~40%）
Third Place (Top 26%~40% of each category)
優秀作品獎（其餘分數者）
Outstanding Work Award (Remaining participants)

*獎杯申請可自行選擇，詳情可通過獎項申請進行了解。
The trophy application can be chosen by oneself, and details can be understood through the award application.

*證書及獎項將以英語為本。Certificates and awards will be issued in English.

[Group Award - Excellence in Arts Education Award]
根據團體（學校、畫室或老師為單位）參賽作品數量計算，報名超過5位小朋友，綜合評分較高的3個團體可免費獲得獎項。Based on the number of submissions from a group (school, art studio, or teacher), if more than five children from a group register, the three groups with the highest combined scores will receive awards for free.
作品必須由參賽者本人獨立完成，或在家長和指導老師的指導下獨立完成。All works must be completed independently by the participant or under the guidance of parents and instructors.
