Halloween is a holiday steeped in mystery and merriment, where people unleash their energy and creativity through whimsical imagination. As dusk falls, jack-o'-lanterns glow warmly at doorsteps, their carved fangs and round eyes casting eerie charm; Children dash about in flowing wizard robes and owl masks, while paper bats sway from the ceiling. Even the shadows cast by trees beneath streetlights seem cloaked in mystery, filling every corner with festive excitement. Within this atmosphere, the children's contest entries come alive with fresh charm: some add orange-red gradients to their pumpkin lanterns, making the candlelight seem ready to spill through the paper; Others depicted wizard robes embroidered with silver star patterns, with black cats crouched at their feet, holding candy in their mouths. Each piece revealed the children's ingenuity, making the coloring and painting come alive with delightful charm.

透過電話/電郵/Whatsapp/Wechat提交電子版。命名規則為：姓名+比賽項目+年齡組別。

比賽作品要求/Competition Entry Requirements：
1、參賽作品必須為參賽者本人的原創作品，作品名：姓名-比賽項目-年齡組別。參數者可同時參加填色組和繪畫組，可以使用其他比賽的參賽作品。
2、填色組需使用A4白紙打印比賽提供的填色紙進行上色，繪畫組繪畫紙張大小不限，繪畫工具不限，但作品需為平面作品。
3、若被發現涉非參賽者的本人作品，將被取消參賽資格；參賽作品如抵觸任何法例，一切法律責任將由參賽者承擔，本會概不負責；所有參賽作品不能含有不良意識或任何具爭議性及不恰當之內容。參賽作品不能含有宣傳商業或政治元素。
1. All submitted works must be original creations by the entrant. The title of the work should be formatted as: Name-Competition Category-Age Group. Entrants may participate in both the Coloring Group and the Drawing Group, and may use works submitted to other competitions.
2. For the Coloring Group, participants must use A4 white paper to print and color the provided coloring sheets. For the Drawing Group, there are no restrictions on the size of the drawing paper. and drawing tools are unrestricted, but the work must be a two-dimensional piece.
3. If it is discovered that the work is not the participant's own original creation, the participant will be disqualified. If the submitted work violates any laws, the participant will be solely responsible for any legal consequences, and the organizing committee will not be held liable. All submitted works must not contain any inappropriate, controversial, or objectionable content. Submitted works must not include any commercial or political promotional elements.

For each competition category, the following individual awards will be given based on the scoring order：
冠軍：得分90分以上
Champion (Score of 90 or more)
亞軍：得分80分-90分
Runner-up (Score 80-90)
季軍：得分65分-80分
Third Place (Score 65-80)
優秀作品獎：得分65分以下
Outstanding Work Award (Score below 65 points)

根據團體（學校、畫室或老師為單位）參賽作品數量計算，報名超過5位小朋友，綜合評分較高的3個團體可免費獲得獎項。Based on the number of submissions from a group (school, art studio, or teacher), if more than five children from a group register, the three groups with the highest combined scores will receive awards for free.
作品必須由參賽者本人獨立完成，或在家長和指導老師的指導下獨立完成。All works must be completed independently by the participant or under the guidance of parents and instructors.
