大賽旨在為全球青少年兒童搭建一個展現繪畫天賦的國際平台，鼓勵他們以畫筆表達內心世界與獨特視角。通過藝術創作，培養青少年兒童的審美能力、想象力與創造力，促進不同文化背景的年輕一代相互理解與交流。比賽重視個性表達，不設主題限制，讓孩子們自由揮灑靈感，同時增強其自信心與藝術熱情，為全球兒童藝術教育發展注入活力，挖掘並培育未來的藝術人才。
The competition aims to build an international platform for children and young people around the world to express their talents in painting and encourage them to express their inner world and unique perspectives with their brushes. Through artistic creation, the competition aims to cultivate the aesthetic ability, imagination and creativity of children and young people, and to promote mutual understanding and exchange among young people of different cultural backgrounds. The competition places emphasis on individual expression, with no restriction on themes, allowing children to freely express their inspiration, while at the same time enhancing their self-confidence and artistic passion, energising the development of children's art education worldwide, and tapping and nurturing future artistic talents.

比賽不限主題，繪畫風格不限，紙張大小不限，可以使用水彩、油畫、鉛筆、蠟筆等繪畫用具。
There is no limitation on the theme of the competition, no limitation on the style of painting, no limitation on the size of the paper, and the use of watercolour, oil paint, pencil, crayon and other painting utensils is allowed.

透過電話/電郵/Whatsapp/Wechat提交電子版。命名規則為：姓名+年齡組別。

比賽作品要求/Competition Entry Requirements：
1、參賽作品為參賽者獨立完成或在指導老師指導下完成，每位參賽者只能遞交一份參賽作品，作品名：姓名-年齡組別。
2、比賽不限主題，繪畫風格不限，紙張大小不限，可以使用水彩、油畫、鉛筆、蠟筆等繪畫用具。
3、若被發現涉非參賽者的本人作品，將被取消參賽資格；參賽作品如抵觸任何法例，一切法律責任將由參賽者承擔，本會概不負責；所有參賽作品不能含有不良意識或任何具爭議性及不恰當之內容。參賽作品不能含有宣傳商業或政治元素。

每個比賽組別，按得分順序設以下個人獎項
For each competition category, the following individual awards will be given based on the scoring order：
冠軍：得分90分以上
Champion (Score of 90 or more)
亞軍：得分80分-90分
Runner-up (Score 80-90)
季軍：得分65分-80分
Third Place (Score 65-80)
優秀作品獎：得分65分以下
Outstanding Work Award (Score below 65 points)

[Group Award - Excellence in Arts Education Award]
根據團體（學校、畫室或老師為單位）參賽作品數量計算，報名超過5位小朋友，綜合評分較高的3個團體可免費獲得獎項。Based on the number of submissions from a group (school, art studio, or teacher), if more than five children from a group register, the three groups with the highest combined scores will receive awards for free.
作品必須由參賽者本人獨立完成，或在家長和指導老師的指導下獨立完成。All works must be completed independently by the participant or under the guidance of parents and instructors.
