The International Youth and Children's Art Competition aims to build a platform for diversified art exchanges, bringing together talents in the fields of music, dance, painting and calligraphy, performance, handicrafts and magic. Inspired by creativity and illuminated by art, the competition guides young people and children to cultivate aesthetic quality, expressive ability and innovative thinking through cross-border art experiences. 透過電話/電郵/Whatsapp/Wechat提交電子版。命名規則為：姓名+年齡組別。

比賽作品要求/Competition Entry Requirements：
1、參賽作品為本人獨立完成或在指導老師指導下完成，可以使用其他比賽的參賽作品進行參賽。作品名：姓名-年齡組別。
2、音樂類，可為樂器演奏、聲樂表演、即興音樂創作等；舞蹈類，可為單人舞蹈、群體舞蹈、編創舞蹈；書畫類，可為書法（軟筆/硬筆）、繪畫（水墨國畫、水彩、油畫等）；表演類，可為單人表演、群體表演、即興表演；手工類，可為黏土雕塑、紙藝、編織、拼貼、綜合材料裝置等；魔術類，可為近景魔術、舞臺魔術等。除書畫類、手工類為成品照片參賽，其餘為視頻作品參賽，限時5分鐘。
3、被發現涉非參賽者的本人作品，將被取消參賽資格；參賽作品如抵觸任何法例，一切法律責任將由參賽者承擔，本會概不負責；所有參賽作品不能含有不良意識或任何具爭議性及不恰當之內容。參賽作品不能含有宣傳商業或政治元素。
1. The entries should be done independently or under the guidance of the instructor. Entries from other competitions may be used for the competition. Entry name: name - age group.
2. Music category: instrumental performance, vocal performance, improvisational music creation, etc.; Dance category: solo dance, group dance, choreographed dance; Calligraphy and Painting category: Calligraphy (soft/hard brush), painting (ink painting, watercolor, oil painting, etc.); Performance category: solo performance, group performance, improvisational performance; Handicrafts category: Clay sculpture, paper crafts, knitting, patchwork, composite material installation, etc; In the category of Magic, it can be close-up magic, stage magic, and so on. Except for the painting and calligraphy category and the handicraft category, which are photo entries, the rest of the entries are video entries with a time limit of 5 minutes.
3. Entries that are found to involve work that is not the entrant's own will be disqualified; the Association will not be responsible for any legal liabilities incurred by the entrant if the entry violates any laws; all entries must not contain any objectionable or controversial content. All entries must not contain any objectionable or inappropriate content. Entries must not contain any commercial or political elements.

每個比賽組別，按得分順序設以下個人獎項
For each competition category, the following individual awards will be given based on the scoring order：
冠軍：得分90分以上
Champion (Score of 90 or more)
亞軍：得分80分-90分
Runner-up (Score 80-90)
季軍：得分65分-80分
Third Place (Score 65-80)
優秀作品獎：得分65分以下
Outstanding Work Award (Score below 65 points)

根據團體（學校、畫室或老師為單位）參賽作品數量計算，報名超過5位小朋友，綜合評分較高的3個團體可免費獲得獎項。Based on the number of submissions from a group (school, art studio, or teacher), if more than five children from a group register, the three groups with the highest combined scores will receive awards for free.
作品必須由參賽者本人獨立完成，或在家長和指導老師的指導下獨立完成。All works must be completed independently by the participant or under the guidance of parents and instructors.
