國際青少年兒童書法大賽，以笔墨為紐帶，串聯全球稚子與文字藝術的相遇。旨在讓年少之心透過筆鋒輕重，領略線條流轉間的審美奧妙，在紙墨相親中體悟「書寫即心聲」的真諦。比賽鼓勵對經典法帖的謙心學習，築牢筆法根基；亦歡迎融入童真靈感的創意揮灑，讓古老書藝綻放新顏。更盼海內外少年以墨為言，在筆跡交匯中締結跨越地域的審美共鳴，使書寫這一獨特藝術形式，成為心靈相通的橋梁，在童心中播下對文字之美的敬畏與熱忱。
The International Youth and Children's Calligraphy Competition uses ink and brush as a link to connect children around the world with the art of writing. The competition aims to let young minds appreciate the aesthetic mystery of the flow of lines through the weight of the brush, and realise the true meaning of ‘writing is the voice of the heart’ in the intimacy between paper and ink. The competition encourages the humble study of classic calligraphic posters to build a solid foundation in brushwork, and welcomes creative expression that incorporates children's innocence and inspiration to bring new colours to the ancient art of calligraphy. It is also hoped that young people at home and abroad will use ink as their words and create aesthetic resonance across regions in the exchange of handwriting, so that writing, as a unique art form, will become a bridge between hearts and minds, and sow reverence and enthusiasm for the beauty of the written word in children's hearts.

透過電話/電郵/Whatsapp/Wechat提交電子版。命名規則為：姓名+年齡組別。

比賽作品要求/Competition Entry Requirements：
1、參賽作品需為參賽者本人獨立完成，可使用參賽者其他比賽的參賽作品進行參賽。
2、參賽作品可以為軟筆書法或者硬筆書法，參賽者只能遞交一份參賽作品。
3、參賽作品書寫内容不限，語言不限，書寫形式不限，紙張不限。
4、若被發現涉非參賽者的本人作品，將被取消參賽資格；參賽作品如抵觸任何法例，一切法律責任將由參賽者承擔，本會概不負責；所有參賽作品不能含有不良意識或任何具爭議性及不恰當之內容。參賽作品不能含有宣傳商業或政治元素。
1.Entries must be completed independently by the entrant himself/herself, and the entrant may use entries from other competitions for the competition.
2.Entries can be in soft or hard handwriting, and participants can only submit one entry.
3.The content of the work is not limited, the language is not limited, the form of writing is not limited, the paper is not limited.
4.If the work is found to be not the participant's own work, it will be disqualified; if the work violates any laws, all legal responsibilities will be borne by the participant, and the Association will not be responsible for it; all the entries must not contain any objectionable or any controversial and inappropriate content. All entries must not contain any objectionable or inappropriate content. Entries must not contain any commercial or political elements.

每個比賽組別，按得分順序設以下個人獎項
For each competition category, the following individual awards will be given based on the scoring order：
冠軍：得分90分以上
Champion (Score of 90 or more)
亞軍：得分80分-90分
Runner-up (Score 80-90)
季軍：得分65分-80分
Third Place (Score 65-80)
優秀作品獎：得分65分以下
Outstanding Work Award (Score below 65 points)

[Group Award - Excellence in Arts Education Award]
根據團體（學校、畫室或老師為單位）參賽作品數量計算，報名超過5位小朋友，綜合評分較高的3個團體可免費獲得獎項。Based on the number of submissions from a group (school, art studio, or teacher), if more than five children from a group register, the three groups with the highest combined scores will receive awards for free.
作品必須由參賽者本人獨立完成，或在家長和指導老師的指導下獨立完成。All works must be completed independently by the participant or under the guidance of parents and instructors.
