讓墨香與筆痕，在紙間勾勒文化的溫度。賽事旨在引領青少年兒童感受書法之美。軟筆書法可練提按頓挫，以藏鋒露鋒寫就楷書的端莊、行書的流暢，讓墨色暈染間蘊含筆意；硬筆書法能練間架結構，憑筆尖力度把控橫豎撇捺的勻稱，讓工整筆跡裡見章法。鼓勵孩子在臨帖與創作中傳承書法技藝，以筆為媒，讓漢字的韻味與力量，在年少心間紮根生長。
Let the fragrance of ink and the traces of the brush outline the warmth of culture on paper. This competition aims to guide children and adolescents to appreciate the beauty of calligraphy. For brush calligraphy, participants can practice the variations of pressure (lifting, pressing, pausing, and fading), using concealed and exposed brush tips to write the solemnity of regular script and the fluency of running script, allowing the ink wash to convey the artistic conception of the brushwork. For hard-tip calligraphy, they can practice the structure of characters, controlling the balance of horizontal, vertical, left-falling, and right-falling strokes through the pressure of the pen tip, revealing the rules of calligraphy in neat handwriting. The competition encourages children to inherit calligraphy skills through copying models and creating works, using the pen as a medium to let the charm and power of Chinese characters take root and grow in their young hearts.

比賽作品要求/Competition Entry Requirements：
1、參賽者自定比賽主題以及書寫内容比賽主題進行參賽，一位參賽者可同時參賽硬筆書法和軟筆書法，可使用其他比賽的參賽作品。作品名：姓名-比賽項目-年齡組別。
2、參賽作品需為參賽者本人親筆書寫，參賽者可自行選擇以毛筆、鉛筆、藍色或黑色原子筆等書寫，書寫紙張不限，作品字體不限，語言不限。
3、紙張規定：硬筆書法使用紙張為A4大小，可軟筆書法使用紙張為宣紙。
4、清晰度與完整性：參賽者需要保證參賽作品的清晰度與完整度，以便評委進行準確、公正的評分。若因作品模糊、不完整或存在其他質量問題影響評分，責任由參賽者自行負責。
5、若被發現涉非參賽者的本人作品，將被取消參賽資格；參賽作品如抵觸任何法例，一切法律責任將由參賽者承擔，本會概不負責；所有參賽作品不能含有不良意識或任何具爭議性及不恰當之內容。參賽作品不能含有宣傳商業或政治元素。
1、Contestants may determine the competition theme and calligraphy content by themselves. A contestant can participate in both hard-tip calligraphy and brush calligraphy categories simultaneously, and works previously submitted to other competitions are also eligible. The title format of the work is: Name - Competition Category - Age Group.
2、All entries must be handwritten by the contestants themselves. Contestants may choose to write with writing brushes, pencils, blue or black ballpoint pens, etc. There are no restrictions on the type of paper, font style, or language used for the entries.
3、Paper Requirements: Hard-tip calligraphy works must be created on A4-sized paper, while brush calligraphy works must be created on rice paper.
4、Clarity and Completeness: Contestants must ensure the clarity and completeness of their entries to enable judges to score accurately and fairly. If the scoring is affected due to blurriness, incompleteness, or other quality issues of the work, the contestant shall bear full responsibility.
5、If an entry is found to be non-original (i.e., not handwritten by the contestant), the contestant will be disqualified immediately. If an entry violates any laws or regulations, the contestant shall bear all legal responsibilities, and the organizing committee assumes no liability. All entries must not contain harmful content, controversial or inappropriate elements, nor commercial promotion or political-related content.

For each competition category, the following individual awards will be given based on the scoring order：
冠軍：得分90分以上
Champion (Score of 90 or more)
亞軍：得分80分-90分
Runner-up (Score 80-90)
季軍：得分65分-80分
Third Place (Score 65-80)
優秀作品獎：得分65分以下
Outstanding Work Award (Score below 65 points)

根據團體（學校、畫室或老師為單位）參賽作品數量計算，報名超過5位小朋友，綜合評分較高的3個團體可免費獲得獎項。Based on the number of submissions from a group (school, art studio, or teacher), if more than five children from a group register, the three groups with the highest combined scores will receive awards for free.
作品必須由參賽者本人獨立完成，或在家長和指導老師的指導下獨立完成。All works must be completed independently by the participant or under the guidance of parents and instructors.
