比賽作品要求/Competition Entry Requirements：
1、參賽作品必須為參賽者本人的原創作品，作品名：姓名-比賽項目-年齡組別。參數者可同時參加填色組和繪畫組，可以使用其他比賽的參賽作品。
2、填色組需使用A4白紙打印比賽提供的填色紙，參賽者可選擇直接上色或在上色的基礎上進行創作（如：在空白處添加圖案）；繪畫組需圍繞比賽主題進行創作，繪畫紙張大小不限，繪畫工具不限，但作品需為平面作品。
3、若被發現涉非參賽者的本人作品，將被取消參賽資格；參賽作品如抵觸任何法例，一切法律責任將由參賽者承擔，本會概不負責；所有參賽作品不能含有不良意識或任何具爭議性及不恰當之內容。參賽作品不能含有宣傳商業或政治元素。
1.All entries must be original works by the participants themselves, with the title formatted as "Name - Competition Category - Age Group". Participants may enter both the Coloring Group and the Painting Group, and works previously submitted to other competitions are also acceptable.
2.For the Coloring Group, participants must print the competition-provided coloring template on A4 white paper; they may either color it directly or conduct creations based on coloring (e.g., adding patterns in blank areas). For the Drawing Group, creations must revolve around the competition theme; there is no restriction on the size of painting paper or painting tools, but all works must be 2D.
3.If an entry is found to be non-original (not created by the participant), the participant will be disqualified. If an entry violates any laws, the participant shall bear all legal responsibilities, and the organizing committee shall not be liable. All entries must not contain harmful content, any controversial or inappropriate elements, nor commercial promotion or political content.

每個比賽組別，按得分順序設以下個人獎項
For each competition category, the following individual awards will be given based on the scoring order：
冠軍：得分90分以上
Champion (Score of 90 or more)
亞軍：得分80分-90分
Runner-up (Score 80-90)
季軍：得分65分-80分
Third Place (Score 65-80)
優秀作品獎：得分65分以下
Outstanding Work Award (Score below 65 points)

[Group Award - Excellence in Arts Education Award]
根據團體（學校、畫室或老師為單位）參賽作品數量計算，報名超過5位小朋友，綜合評分較高的3個團體可免費獲得獎項。Based on the number of submissions from a group (school, art studio, or teacher), if more than five children from a group register, the three groups with the highest combined scores will receive awards for free.
作品必須由參賽者本人獨立完成，或在家長和指導老師的指導下獨立完成。All works must be completed independently by the participant or under the guidance of parents and instructors.
