本大賽旨在為全球青少年兒童構建國際音樂交流平台，鼓勵他們以樂聲展現才華與熱情。通過參賽，培養孩子們的音樂素養、節奏感知與表演自信，同時促進不同國家和地區年輕音樂愛好者的文化互動。比賽不設風格限制，讓青少年兒童自由演繹多元音樂形式，激發其對音樂的持久熱愛，挖掘潛在藝術天賦，推動全球兒童音樂教育發展，以音樂為橋梁，凝聚世界青少年的審美共鳴與友誼。
The competition aims to build an international music exchange platform for children and young people around the world, encouraging them to express their talent and passion through music. Through the competition, it aims to cultivate children's musical literacy, rhythmic perception and performance confidence, as well as to promote cultural interaction among young music lovers from different countries and regions. The competition does not set any style restrictions, allowing children and young people to freely interpret multi-vowel music forms, stimulating their enduring love of music, exploring their potential artistic talent, promoting the development of global children's music education, and using music as a bridge to unite the world's young people in aesthetic resonance and friendship.

比賽内容 Competition Content：
樂器演奏需完整呈現樂曲結構，歌唱類作品音準節奏穩定，時長不超 5 分鐘，風格不限。
Instrumental performances must fully present the structure of the piece. Vocal performances must maintain accurate pitch and rhythm, with a duration not exceeding 5 minutes, and no restrictions on style.

提交方式/Submission Method：
透過電話/電郵/Whatsapp/Wechat提交電子版。命名規則為：姓名+年齡組別。
Submit the digital version via phone/email/WhatsApp/WeChat. The naming convention is Name - Age Group.

比賽作品要求/Competition Entry Requirements：
1、參賽作品為參賽者獨立完成或在指導老師指導下完成。可以使用其他比賽的參賽作品，作品名：姓名-年齡組別。每位選手只能遞交一份參賽作品。
2、樂器演奏需完整呈現樂曲結構，歌唱類作品音準節奏穩定，時長不超 5 分鐘，風格不限。
3、參賽作品需為一鏡到底，錄影畫面清晰、音質良好，不得後期修飾。
4、若被發現涉非參賽者的本人作品，將被取消參賽資格；參賽作品如抵觸任何法例，一切法律責任將由參賽者承擔，本會概不負責；所有參賽作品不能含有不良意識或任何具爭議性及不恰當之內容。參賽作品不能含有宣傳商業或政治元素。
1. Entries must be completed independently by the participant or under the guidance of a mentor. Entries from other competitions may be used, with the title formatted as: Name-Age Group. Each participant may submit only one entry.
2. Instrumental performances must fully present the structure of the piece. Vocal performances must maintain accurate pitch and rhythm, with a duration not exceeding 5 minutes, and no restrictions on style.
3. Entries must be recorded in one continuous take, with clear video footage and good audio quality, and no post-production editing is allowed.
4. If it is discovered that an entry is not the original work of the participant, the participant will be disqualified. If an entry violates any laws, the participant will be solely responsible for any legal consequences, and the organizing committee will not be held liable. All entries must not contain any inappropriate, controversial, or objectionable content. Entries must not include any commercial or political promotional elements.

For each competition category, the following individual awards will be given based on the scoring order：
冠軍：得分90分以上
Champion (Score of 90 or more)
亞軍：得分80分-90分
Runner-up (Score 80-90)
季軍：得分65分-80分
Third Place (Score 65-80)
優秀作品獎：得分65分以下
Outstanding Work Award (Score below 65 points)

根據團體（學校、畫室或老師為單位）參賽作品數量計算，報名超過5位小朋友，綜合評分較高的3個團體可免費獲得獎項。Based on the number of submissions from a group (school, art studio, or teacher), if more than five children from a group register, the three groups with the highest combined scores will receive awards for free.
作品必須由參賽者本人獨立完成，或在家長和指導老師的指導下獨立完成。All works must be completed independently by the participant or under the guidance of parents and instructors.
