The organization will send awards and certificates (if chosen for production) by mail within approximately 90 working days after the official results are announced.
賽事以傳承音樂文化、培育青少年音樂素養為宗旨，涵蓋聲樂演唱、器樂演奏等多元形式，為孩童搭建專業藝術交流平台。透過音準節奏、音色處理、技巧運用與情感演繹的綜合展現，鍛煉參賽者音樂表達力與藝術感知力，促進中西音樂文化交融。以樂傳情、以音潤心，引領青少年領略音樂美學內涵，厚植藝術底蘊，培養審美與自信，推動青少年音樂水準整體提升。
The competition aims to promote musical culture and foster musical literacy among children and adolescents. It covers diverse forms including vocal performance and instrumental music, providing a professional artistic exchange platform for young participants.
Through the comprehensive presentation of intonation, rhythm, timbre processing, technical application and emotional interpretation, it enhances their musical expressiveness and artistic sensibility, and facilitates the integration of Chinese and Western musical cultures.
Conveying feelings with melody and nourishing the heart with music, the competition guides young people to appreciate the aesthetic connotation of music, cultivate their aesthetic judgment and self-confidence, and promote the overall improvement of youth musical standards.

比賽形式/Competition Format：拍攝參賽影片參賽，影片限時5分鐘，於協會網站上傳參賽作品。
Record a video for your entry, with a duration limited to 5 minutes, and upload the work on the association's website.
若文件超過15MB，可通過Email:admin@iycea.org上傳。

少兒組（2016-2017年出生） Youth Group (born in 2016-2017)

提交方式/Submission Method：
透過電話/電郵/Whatsapp/Wechat提交電子版。命名規則為：姓名+年齡組別。
Submit the digital version via phone/email/WhatsApp/WeChat. The naming convention is Name - Age Group .

樂曲詮釋度（30%）
情感感染力（15%）

比賽作品要求/Competition Entry Requirements：
1、參賽作品為參賽者本人作品，可以在指導老師指導下完成，可以使用參賽者本人其他比賽的參賽作品進行參賽。作品名：姓名-年齡組別。
2、參賽作品可以為歌唱作品、樂器演奏等音樂形式，風格不限，演唱注重音準、節奏、氣息控制與情感表達；樂器演奏強調指法流暢、音色把控、技巧運用及樂曲處理；參賽者可自行選擇背譜演奏或看譜演奏，若採看譜演奏，須使用正本樂譜，不得使用影印、翻拍或非正式譜本。
3、參賽作品需確保畫面清晰穩定、聲畫同步，無剪輯拼接、無特效修飾，完整呈現參賽者歌唱/樂器演奏的全過程。
4、若被發現涉非參賽者的本人作品，將被取消參賽資格；參賽作品如抵觸任何法例，一切法律責任將由參賽者承擔，本會概不負責；所有參賽作品不能含有不良意識或任何具爭議性及不恰當之內容。參賽作品不能含有宣傳商業或政治元素。
1、Entries must be performed by the participant in person and may be completed under the guidance of an instructor. Participants may reuse their own works from previous competitions. Entry title format: Full Name – Age Group.
2、Entries may include vocal performances, instrumental performances and other musical forms, with no restrictions on genre. Vocal performances will be judged on intonation, rhythm, breath control and emotional expression. Instrumental performances will be assessed on fluent fingering, timbre control, technical execution and musical interpretation. Participants may choose to perform from memory or with sheet music; if using sheet music, only official published scores are permitted — photocopies, reproductions or unofficial scores are prohibited.
3、Submitted entries must feature clear and stable footage with synchronized audio and video, without editing, splicing or special effects. The entire vocal or instrumental performance must be presented in full and uninterrupted form.
4、Any entry found not performed by the registered participant will result in immediate disqualification. Participants shall bear full legal liability if their entry violates any laws or regulations; the organizer shall not be held responsible. Entries must not contain inappropriate, controversial or improper content, nor any commercial or promotional political elements.

每個比賽組別，按得分順序設以下個人獎項
For each competition category, the following individual awards will be given based on the scoring order：
冠軍：得分90分以上
Champion (Score of 90 or more)
亞軍：得分80分-90分
Runner-up (Score 80-90)
季軍：得分65分-80分
Third Place (Score 65-80)
優秀作品獎：得分65分以下
Outstanding Work Award (Score below 65 points)

[Group Award - Excellence in Arts Education Award]
根據團體（學校、畫室或老師為單位）參賽作品數量計算，報名超過5位小朋友，綜合評分較高的3個團體可免費獲得獎項。Based on the number of submissions from a group (school, art studio, or teacher), if more than five children from a group register, the three groups with the highest combined scores will receive awards for free.
作品必須由參賽者本人獨立完成，或在家長和指導老師的指導下獨立完成。All works must be completed independently by the participant or under the guidance of parents and instructors.
