以世界海洋日 “保護藍色家園” 的精神為引，舉辦國際海洋保護創意大賽。透過填色設計、繪畫、手工等多元創作形式，將海洋的絢麗與脆弱轉化為可視化藝術作品，喚起全球公眾對海洋環境危機的重視。無論是填色設計中勾勒出的湛藍海域，還是繪畫裡生動呈現的受污染場景，亦或是手工創作再現的海洋生物，都在提醒著我們：海洋佔據地球七成面積，是無數生命賴以生存的搖籃。我們呼籲大家從日常小事做起，用行動守護海洋的潔淨與生機。
In the spirit of World Oceans Day ‘Protect the Blue Home’, the International Ocean Conservation Creative Competition was organised. Through colouring designs, paintings, crafts and other forms of creation, the colourful and fragile nature of the oceans was transformed into visual artworks, arousing the global public's attention to the crisis of the marine environment. Whether it is the blue sea outlined in the colouring design, the polluted scene vividly presented in the painting, or the marine creatures reproduced in the handmade artwork, they all remind us that the ocean occupies 70% of the earth's surface and is the cradle of countless lives. We call on everyone to start from the smallest things in their daily lives and take action to protect the cleanliness and vitality of the ocean.

比賽形式/Competition Format：拍攝參賽資料照片證明參賽，於協會網站上傳參賽作品。Take a photo of your entry to prove your participation.Upload your entries on the association's website.

提交方式/Submission Method：
透過電話/電郵/Whatsapp/Wechat提交電子版，檔案可以為視頻格式。命名規則為：姓名+年齡組別。
Submit the digital version via phone/email/WhatsApp/WeChat. The file can be in video format. The naming convention is Name - Age Group.

比賽作品要求/Competition Entry Requirements：
1、參賽作品需為參賽本人參賽作品，可使用參賽者其他比賽的參賽作品進行參賽。
2、參賽者可以同時參加多個比賽項目，但每個比賽項目只能遞交一份參賽作品，作品名：姓名-年齡組別。
3、請點擊上方文件按鈕獲取所要填色的填色紙素材，每位參賽者僅能選擇一個素材進行參賽。填色組需使用A4白紙打印比賽提供的填色紙進行上色，繪畫組繪畫紙張大小不限，繪畫工具不限，但作品需為平面作品，手工組使用材料不限。
4、若被發現涉非參賽者的本人作品，將被取消參賽資格；參賽作品如抵觸任何法例，一切法律責任將由參賽者承擔，本會概不負責；所有參賽作品不能含有不良意識或任何具爭議性及不恰當之內容。參賽作品不能含有宣傳商業或政治元素。
1.Entries must be submitted by the participant himself/herself. Entries from other competitions may be used for the competition.
2. Participants can participate in several competitions at the same time, but they can only submit one entry for each competition, with the name of the entry: name - age group.
3.Please click on the File button above to get the colouring sheet material you want to colour in, each participant can only choose one material for the competition.Colouring group should use A4 white paper to print the colouring paper provided by the competition for colouring, drawing group should use any size of paper and any drawing tools, but the works should be flat works, and handmade group should use any materials.
4.If the work is found to be not the participant's own work, it will be disqualified; if the work violates any laws, all legal responsibilities will be borne by the participant, and the Association will not be responsible for it; all the entries must not contain any objectionable ideas or any controversial and inappropriate content. All entries must not contain any objectionable, controversial or inappropriate content. Entries must not contain any commercial or political elements.

每個比賽組別，按得分順序設以下個人獎項
For each competition category, the following individual awards will be given based on the scoring order：
冠軍（每個組別前10%）
Champion (Top 10% of each category)
亞軍（每個組別前11%~25%）
Runner-up (Top 11%~25% of each category)
季軍（每個組別前26%~40%）
Third Place (Top 26%~40% of each category)
優秀作品獎（其餘分數者）

The trophy application can be chosen by oneself, and details can be understood through the award application.

根據團體（學校、畫室或老師為單位）參賽作品數量計算，報名超過5位小朋友，綜合評分較高的3個團體可免費獲得獎項。Based on the number of submissions from a group (school, art studio, or teacher), if more than five children from a group register, the three groups with the highest combined scores will receive awards for free.
作品必須由參賽者本人獨立完成，或在家長和指導老師的指導下獨立完成。All works must be completed independently by the participant or under the guidance of parents and instructors.
