以賽事為媒，國際油畫藝術大賽旨在促進多元油畫風格跨越國界、文化的藩籬，實現深度交融。無論是寫實主義對物象本真的極致追求，將人物肌膚紋理、器物質感精準還原；還是抽象表現主義以自由奔放的筆觸肆意抒發內在情感，皆可在此交流互鑒。讓不同文化背景下的創作理念相互碰撞、啟迪，迸發出無限創新火花，推動油畫藝術在表現形式與精神內涵上不斷革新。
Using the competition as a medium, the International Oil Painting Art Competition aims to promote the deep integration of diverse oil painting styles across national and cultural boundaries. Whether it is realism's extreme pursuit of the true nature of the object, the precise restoration of the skin texture of the figure, the texture of the object; or abstract expressionism with free and unrestrained brushstrokes to express their inner feelings, all can be exchanged here. Let the creative concepts of different cultural backgrounds collide with each other, inspire each other, burst out infinite innovative sparks, and promote the oil painting art in the form of expression and spiritual connotation of continuous innovation.

畫作内容不限，可以為肖像畫、風景畫、靜物畫、抽象畫等，作品尺寸不限，豎幅或橫幅皆可
The content of the paintings is not limited, they can be portraits, landscapes, still life paintings, abstract paintings, etc. The size of the works is not limited, either vertical or horizontal.

提交方式/Submission Method：
透過電話/電郵/Whatsapp/Wechat提交電子版，檔案可以為視頻格式。命名規則為：姓名+年齡組別。
Submit the digital version via phone/email/WhatsApp/WeChat. The file can be in video format. The naming convention is Name - Age Group.

比賽作品要求/Competition Entry Requirements：
1、參賽作品需為參賽本人參賽作品，或在老師的指導下完成作品，可使用參賽者其他比賽的參賽作品進行參賽。
2、畫作内容不限，可以為肖像畫、風景畫、靜物畫、抽象畫等，作品尺寸不限，豎幅或橫幅皆可，但需保證清晰拍攝完整的成品照片或掃描成電子文件。
3、若被發現涉非參賽者的本人作品，將被取消參賽資格；參賽作品如抵觸任何法例，一切法律責任將由參賽者承擔，本會概不負責；所有參賽作品不能含有不良意識或任何具爭議性及不恰當之內容。參賽作品不能含有宣傳商業或政治元素。
1. Entries must be submitted by the participants themselves or under the guidance of their teachers, and can be submitted using entries from other competitions.
2. The content of the paintings is not limited, they can be portraits, landscapes, still life paintings, abstract paintings, etc. The size of the works is not limited, either vertical or horizontal, but you must ensure that the finished work is clearly photographed or scanned into an electronic file.
3. If any of the entries are found to be not the entrant's own work, the entry will be disqualified; if any of the entries violate any laws, the entrant will be held legally responsible and the Association will not be held responsible for any legal liabilities; all entries must not contain any objectionable or controversial content. All entries must not contain any objectionable, controversial or inappropriate content. Entries must not contain any commercial or political elements.

每個比賽組別，按得分順序設以下個人獎項
For each competition category, the following individual awards will be given based on the scoring order：
冠軍（每個組別前10%）
Champion (Top 10% of each category)
亞軍（每個組別前11%~25%）
Runner-up (Top 11%~25% of each category)
季軍（每個組別前26%~40%）
Third Place (Top 26%~40% of each category)
優秀作品獎（其餘分數者）

The trophy application can be chosen by oneself, and details can be understood through the award application.

根據團體（學校、畫室或老師為單位）參賽作品數量計算，報名超過5位小朋友，綜合評分較高的3個團體可免費獲得獎項。Based on the number of submissions from a group (school, art studio, or teacher), if more than five children from a group register, the three groups with the highest combined scores will receive awards for free.
作品必須由參賽者本人獨立完成，或在家長和指導老師的指導下獨立完成。All works must be completed independently by the participant or under the guidance of parents and instructors.
