國際青少年與兒童校園朗誦大賽旨在搭建專業語言藝術展示平台，以聲傳情，以誦會友。引領青少年及兒童在朗誦經典、原創作品中，感受語言韻律之美，提升文學感悟與表達能力，厚植文化底蘊。通過權威評審、多元展示，挖掘語言藝術新星，促進跨文化交流，激發青少年用聲音演繹時代華章，讓朗誦之花在校園與世界舞台盛開。
International School Speech Competition aims to build a professional language arts display platform, the voice of love, speech to meet friends. Lead youth and children in the recitation of classics, original works, feel the beauty of the rhythm of the language, enhance the literary perception and expression ability, and to enrich the cultural heritage. Through authoritative assessment, diversified display, digging out new stars of language arts, promote cross-cultural exchanges, inspire young people to use their voices to interpret the chapters of the times, so that the flowers of speech bloom in the campus and the world stage.

提交方式/Submission Method：
透過電話/電郵/Whatsapp/Wechat提交電子版。命名規則為：姓名+年齡組別。
Submit the digital version via phone/email/WhatsApp/WeChat. The naming convention is Name - Age Group.

比賽作品要求/Competition Entry Requirements：
1、參賽作品需為參賽者本人獨立完成或在指導老師指導下完成，可以使用其他比賽的參賽作品。作品名：姓名-年齡組別。
2、參賽作品可自由選擇是否脫稿朗誦，參賽作品需錄製成視頻遞交，時長不超過5分鐘。視頻畫面需清晰穩定，聲音清楚無雜音，可添加背景音樂，但不得影響朗誦內容的呈現，不得視頻拼接。視頻中需展示參賽者全貌，集體朗誦需合理安排畫面，確保每位參與者都有清晰鏡頭。
3、被發現涉非參賽者的本人作品，將被取消參賽資格；參賽作品如抵觸任何法例，一切法律責任將由參賽者承擔，本會概不負責；所有參賽作品不能含有不良意識或任何具爭議性及不恰當之內容。參賽作品不能含有宣傳商業或政治元素。
1. The entries must be done independently or under the guidance of the instructor, and may be used from other competitions. The name of the work: name - age group.
2. The works can be free to choose whether or not to recite off-script, the works should be recorded into a video submission, the length does not exceed 5 minutes. The video image should be clear and stable, the sound is clear and no noise, you can add background music, but shall not affect the presentation of the content of the recitation, no video splicing. The video should show the full picture of the participants, group recitation needs to be reasonable arrangement of the screen, to ensure that each participant has a clear camera.
3. Entries that are found to involve work that is not the entrant's own will be disqualified; the Association will not be responsible for any legal liabilities incurred by the entrant if the entry violates any laws; all entries must not contain any objectionable or controversial content. All entries must not contain any objectionable or inappropriate content. Entries must not contain any commercial or political elements.

[Individual Awards]
每個比賽組別，按得分順序設以下個人獎項
For each competition category, the following individual awards will be given based on the scoring order：
冠軍：得分90分以上
Champion (Score of 90 or more)
亞軍：得分80分-90分
Runner-up (Score 80-90)
季軍：得分65分-80分
Third Place (Score 65-80)
優秀作品獎：得分65分以下
Outstanding Work Award (Score below 65 points)

The trophy application can be chosen by oneself, and details can be understood through the award application.

*證書及獎項將以英語為本。Certificates and awards will be issued in English.

[Group Award - Excellence in Arts Education Award]
根據團體（學校、畫室或老師為單位）參賽作品數量計算，報名超過5位小朋友，綜合評分較高的3個團體可免費獲得獎項。Based on the number of submissions from a group (school, art studio, or teacher), if more than five children from a group register, the three groups with the highest combined scores will receive awards for free.
作品必須由參賽者本人獨立完成，或在家長和指導老師的指導下獨立完成。All works must be completed independently by the participant or under the guidance of parents and instructors.
