The International Children's Storytelling Competition for Young People uses language as its wings to let children's imaginations soar. The competition aims to open up a world of expression and creativity for young minds - whether it is the words that flow from their lips or the ideas that unfold under the tip of their pencils, they can all become mirrors and bridges for the soul. The competition emphasises the importance of grasping the texture of the narrative, honing logic and empathy, and encourages the courageous expression of unique perspectives, allowing the imagination to break through the boundaries. It is also hoped that children around the world will use stories as a medium to peek into each other's worlds through the intersection of emotions, so that this ancient art of expression will become a channel of resonance that transcends geographical regions, and that it will sow in children's hearts a sense of and love for the beauty of language and the truth of human nature.

參賽作品不限主題，可以為故事演講視頻或原創故事文字的創作，視頻限時5分鐘，故事文字創作語言不限。

透過電話/電郵/Whatsapp/Wechat提交電子版。命名規則為：姓名+年齡組別。

比賽作品要求/Competition Entry Requirements：
1、參賽作品為參賽者本人獨立完成，或在指導老師指導下完成，可以使用其他比賽的參賽作品進行參賽。作品名：姓名-年齡組別，每位參賽者只能遞交一份參賽作品。
2、參賽作品不限主題，可以為故事演講視頻或原創故事文字的創作，視頻限時5分鐘，故事文字創作語言不限。
3、若被發現涉非參賽者的本人作品，將被取消參賽資格；參賽作品如抵觸任何法例，一切法律責任將由參賽者承擔，本會概不負責；所有參賽作品不能含有不良意識或任何具爭議性及不恰當之內容。參賽作品不能含有宣傳商業或政治元素。

每個比賽組別，按得分順序設以下個人獎項
For each competition category, the following individual awards will be given based on the scoring order：
冠軍：得分90分以上
Champion (Score of 90 or more)
亞軍：得分80分-90分
Runner-up (Score 80-90)
季軍：得分65分-80分
Third Place (Score 65-80)
優秀作品獎：得分65分以下
Outstanding Work Award (Score below 65 points)

根據團體（學校、畫室或老師為單位）參賽作品數量計算，報名超過5位小朋友，綜合評分較高的3個團體可免費獲得獎項。Based on the number of submissions from a group (school, art studio, or teacher), if more than five children from a group register, the three groups with the highest combined scores will receive awards for free.
作品必須由參賽者本人獨立完成，或在家長和指導老師的指導下獨立完成。All works must be completed independently by the participant or under the guidance of parents and instructors.
