The organization will send awards and certificates (if chosen for production) by mail within approximately 90 working days after the official results are announced.
國際藝術體操大賽旨在激發年輕運動員的創造力，讓他們在舞台上展現獨特的藝術風格，提升技術水平，追求卓越。通過提供國際平台，參賽者能夠分享不同文化，增進友誼與理解。同時，賽事還幫助選手在競技環境中增強自信心，鼓勵他們在觀眾面前自信地表現。最終，我們希望能提高公眾對藝術體操的認識，吸引更多年輕人投入這項優雅的運動。藝術體操融合了舞蹈、音樂和體操，強調身體的柔韌性與協調性，選手在比賽中運用道具，如繩、圈和絲帶，展現流暢的動作和優雅的表現，讓觀眾感受到運動的美與力量。
The International Artistic Gymnastics Competition aims to stimulate the creativity of young athletes, allowing them to display their unique artistic style on stage, enhance their skills and pursue excellence. By providing an international platform, participants are able to share different cultures and increase friendship and understanding. At the same time, the competition helps the contestants to gain self-confidence in a competitive environment and encourages them to perform confidently in front of an audience. Ultimately, we hope to raise public awareness of Artistic Gymnastics and attract more young people to join this elegant sport. Artistic Gymnastics is a fusion of dance, music and gymnastics that emphasises flexibility and coordination. Athletes use props, such as ropes, hoops and ribbons, to demonstrate fluid movements and elegant performances, allowing the audience to feel the beauty and power of the sport.

比賽形式/Competition Format：拍攝參賽影片參賽，影片限時2分鐘，於協會網站上傳參賽作品。
Record a competition video with 2 minutes limit, and please upload your work to the association's website to participate in the competition.
若文件超過15MB，可通過Email:admin@iycea.org上傳。

提交方式/Submission Method：
透過電話/電郵/Whatsapp/Wechat提交電子版，檔案可以為視頻格式。命名規則為：姓名+年齡組別。
Submit the digital version via phone/email/WhatsApp/WeChat. The file can be in video format. The naming convention is Name - Age Group.

比賽作品要求/Competition Entry Requirements：
1、參賽作品需為參賽者本人出鏡獨立完成，或在指導老師指導下完成參賽作品。可以使用其他比賽的參賽作品進行參賽。作品名：姓名-年齡組別。
2、參賽作品為參賽者自選套路或藝術體操舞蹈，使用器械/體操用具不限，個人表現時長不超過2分鐘。
3、若被發現涉非參賽者的本人作品，將被取消參賽資格；參賽作品如抵觸任何法例，一切法律責任將由參賽者承擔，本會概不負責；所有參賽作品不能含有不良意識或任何具爭議性及不恰當之內容。參賽作品不能含有宣傳商業或政治元素。
1. Entries must be done independently or under the guidance of an instructor. Entries from other competitions may be used. Entry name: name - age group.
2. The competition piece is a routine or artistic gymnastics dance of the participant's choice, with no limitation on the use of apparatus/gymnastics equipment, and the duration of the individual performance should not exceed 2 minutes.
3、If the work is found to be not the participant's own work, it will be disqualified; if the work violates any laws, all legal responsibilities will be borne by the participant and the Association will not be responsible for it; all the entries must not contain any objectionable or controversial content or inappropriate content. All entries must not contain any objectionable, controversial or inappropriate content. Entries must not contain any commercial or political elements.

每個比賽組別，按得分順序設以下個人獎項
For each competition category, the following individual awards will be given based on the scoring order：
冠軍（每個組別前10%）
Champion (Top 10% of each category)
亞軍（每個組別前11%~25%）
Runner-up (Top 11%~25% of each category)
季軍（每個組別前26%~40%）
Third Place (Top 26%~40% of each category)
優秀作品獎（其餘分數者）
Outstanding Work Award (Remaining participants)

The trophy application can be chosen by oneself, and details can be understood through the award application.

*證書及獎項將以英語為本。Certificates and awards will be issued in English.

[Group Award - Excellence in Arts Education Award]
根據團體（學校、畫室或老師為單位）參賽作品數量計算，報名超過5位小朋友，綜合評分較高的3個團體可免費獲得獎項。Based on the number of submissions from a group (school, art studio, or teacher), if more than five children from a group register, the three groups with the highest combined scores will receive awards for free.
作品必須由參賽者本人獨立完成，或在家長和指導老師的指導下獨立完成。All works must be completed independently by the participant or under the guidance of parents and instructors.
