管樂之聲，猶如天籟從遠方緩緩而來。單簧管婉轉如潺潺溪流，雙簧管悠揚似山間雲霧縈繞，長笛清脆若鳥兒啼鳴。在這場線上音樂大賽中，不同管樂器匯聚成繽紛樂章，跨越時空界限，讓每一個音符都綻放獨特光芒。我們旨在透過這場盛會，推廣管樂藝術之美，挖掘音樂人才，促進文化交融，讓管樂的魅力在世界的每個角落綻放，譜寫動人樂章。
The sound of wind music comes slowly from afar like heavenly music. The clarinet sounds like a babbling brook, the oboe sounds like a mountain cloud, and the flute sounds like a bird. In this online music competition, different wind instruments are brought together to form a colourful movement that transcends the boundaries of time and space, allowing each note to shine uniquely. Through this event, we aim to promote the beauty of wind music, explore musical talents, promote cultural integration, and let the charm of wind music blossom in every corner of the world, writing touching music.

提交方式/Submission Method：
透過電話/電郵/Whatsapp/Wechat提交電子版，檔案可以為視頻格式。命名規則為：姓名+年齡組別。
Submit the digital version via phone/email/WhatsApp/WeChat. The file can be in video format. The naming convention is Name - Age Group.

比賽作品要求/Competition Entry Requirements：
1、參賽作品需為參賽本人參賽作品，可使用參賽者其他比賽的參賽作品進行參賽。
2、參賽作品可自選背景音樂或使用樂器伴奏，自選參賽曲目，參賽者可自行選擇背譜或看譜演奏(演奏必須使用正本琴譜)。
3、參賽作品需要清楚展示參賽者樣貌及手部演奏，影片須以定鏡拍攝。
4、影片必須為一鏡到底的拍攝原片，不得進行任何剪接及後期製作，不得加入特別效果，例如配樂、濾鏡、調色、調光、字幕或特別效果等，影片必須為現場收音，不接受後期配音處理。
5、若被發現涉非參賽者的本人作品，將被取消參賽資格；參賽作品如抵觸任何法例，一切法律責任將由參賽者承擔，本會概不負責；所有參賽作品不能含有不良意識或任何具爭議性及不恰當之內容。參賽作品不能含有宣傳商業或政治元素。
1. Entries must be submitted by the participant himself/herself, and may use the participant's entries from other competitions.
2. Entries can be accompanied by background music or musical instruments of your choice, and you may choose to memorise the music or play from the sheet music (the original sheet music must be used for the performance).
3. The video must clearly show the participant's face and hand performance, and must be filmed with a fixed lens.
4. The video must be shot in one take, without any editing or post-production, and without special effects such as music, filters, colour grading, lighting, subtitles or special effects, etc. The video must be recorded live, and no post-production dubbing will be accepted.
5. If any of the entries are found to be not the entrant's own work, the entry will be disqualified; if any of the entries contravene any laws or regulations, all legal liabilities will be borne by the entrant and the Association will not be responsible for such liabilities; all the entries must not contain any objectionable or controversial content. All entries must not contain any objectionable, controversial or inappropriate content. Entries must not contain any commercial or political elements.

[Group Award - Excellence in Arts Education Award]
根據團體（學校、畫室或老師為單位）參賽作品數量計算，報名超過5位小朋友，綜合評分較高的3個團體可免費獲得獎項。Based on the number of submissions from a group (school, art studio, or teacher), if more than five children from a group register, the three groups with the highest combined scores will receive awards for free.
作品必須由參賽者本人獨立完成，或在家長和指導老師的指導下獨立完成。All works must be completed independently by the participant or under the guidance of parents and instructors.
